Dont make the mistake I made. My gut told me not to leave my boat at what turned out to be a back yard with a shack for a shop. They had my boat hostage for 6 months on what I was told would be a TWO WEEK JOB!! I thinking about calling codes enforcement to let them know they run a business out of a backyard. I would never normally do something like that but they really did me wrong.
NO GOOD.. NO GOOD.. STAY AWAY....If i can stop 1 person from using this business. This review will be well worth it... i am not a complainer. We have all dealt with bad businesses. .. However this one was the WORST business i have ever dealt with.... Which your senses will tell you that, the minute you pull into this dump, that you will be leaving your boat... N remember once your boat is left you have no option but to pay the bill.. they are well aware of this... After pickin up my vessel (simple simple job) i had it returned a complete mess not to mention things that worked when i dropped off, no longer worked..... N of course they would not take accountability for. A job that should have been $500 at best.. cost me over $1700..this is not including the clean up of vessel or fixing the work they had done.... STAY AWAY...
Friendly if you can get them on the phone. Asked to be a priority because previous mechanics only wanted to work an hour at a time. Prepaid $4000 Worth of parts but they haven’t been back. They said they are short-handed. Mechanic said he would have Karon call to schedule, but no reply. Said we could use the boat in time for a birthday party on Dec 12th. Not going to happen. Last time they worked on the boat they left the battery charger off and the bilge wasn’t working. Not very happy. Am a hostage.
Friendly and caring staff. Even with a few part delays beyond their control, they maintained professionalism. Highly recommended!
I met one of the owners, Karen through another business meeting and am glad I did. What a sweet and easy to talk to individual. I only come down to the area part of the year but I will be using their services when Im in need. If you want someone who is easy to speak with and understands their business Karen and Master Marine Mechanics are the way to go.Thanks!Brad W.
Warning! Dont waste your time calling. I called repeatedly spoke with David, he told me he would call back, never did. Finally, I spoke to Karen who scheduled date & time to wax my boat. I wanted a good job & agreed to pay her $725.00. She did not show up or Call! Hard to believe they have been in business 25 years .
I had a great experience with Dave and Karen recently. I was in the market for a used vessel and they exceeded my expectations when performing a compression check on the boat. Extremely friendly, knowledgable, and helpful! Certainly recommend..
Couldnt figure out why generator wouldnt start was a BAD WIRE from start switch to generator. Replaced the carburator first, Then walked away when couldnt find the issue wanted all monies for driving there and diagnose and carb replace still wasnt fixed. Ended up being bad wire low cost repair with proper troubleshooting.
Wouldnt let Dave fix my Bicycle ! Absolutely Useless ! Run Away...
