Wonderful marina with friendly, helpful staff. Great prices. Boaters lounge is very comfortable; air conditioned, has kitchenette, cable tv, a laundry room and nice clean showers. Adjacent restaurant and bar has a pool. This is on my list or favorite marinas. Hope to visit again.

My father keeps his boat here. They have great fast service, and all the staff was friendly and helpful. I loved to see how they store the boats and get them in the water. Really loved how quick they can get your boat in the water. :-)

Great marina to store your boat. They have wet and dry storage. There are 2 buildings for dry storage. One is brand new. The owner may well be the person to launch the boat. The Boathouse on site restaurant is great. There is also a brand new owners lounge with showers building.

Organized and friendly staff

This was a nice well-built place on the river and a fine destination. On the other hand if youre looking for a place to have a few cocktails and go in the pool and have a good time and relax this is not the place to do that. They have way too many rules for having a cocktail near the edge of the pool or in the pool. A much more relaxed place to have cocktails and enjoy a swim in the pool would be Tween Waters in Captiva, the Marriott in Fort Myers and the Pink Shell on Fort Myers Beach.

What a super cute establishment! The entrance to the restaurant is well lit, the food was great and reasonably priced. Our waiter (Jamian) was absolutely gorgeous! He was attentive as well!! Everything is outdoors and they do their best to make it as comfortable as the outdoors could be! It started raining and they immediately came and asked my party if we wanted to move in under the larger covering, which we did. The whole staff was great. Definitely a keeper!

Service is great! The marina itself is beautiful and well maintained. The owner even introduced himself and offered his cellphone number in case we needed anything. Its a great place to dock your boat snd stay for a few days or even a few hours. Great place!

Only spoke to Coleen. She gave me full details on haul out and pressure clean. Super helpful and knowledgable. I will go back.

Just a note about the staff & patrons. My 68 y/o father overheated at the pool today! A nice couple helped my dad into a chair and the staff brought him water and ice packs to cool him down. Two male employees also walked with us to the car that was pulled right up to the entrance. They said they would catch him if he fell. He was dizzy and we were worried about him passing out and hitting his head. I would just like to thank everyone for their help. We got him home safe and he is doing fine now! Again thank you, you guys are awesome! ❤

Nice. Very busy place understandably they told us it would be a 2 hour wait. We took to the rail and we got out drinks and food in 45 min. So. Give it a chance beautiful scenery.

Friends met at the Boat House for cocktails and an appetizer. Our service was excellent, the food was above average, and Ben (the manager) checked with us a couple times to make sure we were happy! Brand new riverfront place with a great vibe.

Awesome service. Brandon was a great Captain and showed us around the river. Boat Storage facilitys are amazing and I observed the employees lifting and storing boats with a lot of care.

Really a fun educational ride. It started to rain and they were all prepared with rain gear and blankets. Stayed dry as we continued the tour. Captain and college student very knowledgeable and share a lot of details. Ill go again and highly recommend it.

So just TERRIBLE sums it up.Beautiful setting and well decorated but our waitress Holly was incompetent at best.From taking orders to forgetting drinks and never coming back to check on us.If they can not handle the local crowd the winter influx will tear them upNot worth the money.

Went to The Boathouse at Sweetwater Marina. The restaurant was beautiful. Right on the Calussahatchie river. Staff was very nice. Food was good, music was good. Overall a nice place.

Beautiful bar and tiki hut. The food here is excellent, the same as The Boathouse in South Cape. Most people could not go wrong coming here.

This was our first winter in Florida and the staff at Sweetwater Marina made this winter fabulous. We rented a boat and stumbled into this marina and asked about keeping our boat there. Brandon and Tyler are always dockside ready to help you in or out. We chose dry storage and a simple phone call was all it took to have the boat in the water all fueled up!The location couldnt be better. You can head west toward the Franklin lock or east to have lunch in Fort Myers. We cant wait to return to Sweetwater next year

It was their open house tonight. I was very well received. I knew the people with Hoist lift. All was very professional, made me feel at home, highly recommend both to all.

Had 9 people and seating took near an hour. Poorly managed. Typical bar food. Real good entertainment. Super atmosphere.

I took my boat there for some basic maintenance. We completed a work order and was given as estimate of $600-650. After the work was completed, nearly 3 weeks later, I show up to pick up my boat, and was handed a bill of over $1100!!! I was not called and informed that they would need to exceed the estimate. That is almost double the estimate!!! Once issue they identified with the motor was not fixed, now my boat is at another mechanic to finish the work. I highly recommend you find a different location to have your boat worked on.

I learned from my mistakes by choosing this marina over the other nearby marina. Arrived at 4 p.m. as the rain began, and I was pleased that I was in a secure location on the waterway in a quiet canal. Docked my 34 ft power boat, and made arrangements to spend the night at the transient dock. The management provided a key to the showers and restrooms that were quite a distance away compounded by the rain, but provided a quick transportation mode with the use of a gold cart driven by one of the staff members.Then, the experience declined. Returned to the boat and a powerboat zoomed closely by with a more excessive wake than I experience in the past eight hours of travel on the waterway, disrespectful to other boats at the dock. They were apparently showing how fast they could go for anyone who cared to look at them. The management agreed with this rude display and said that was one of the boats that had dockage space at their marina.The next error in choices was between dinner onboard or going to the restaurant. I choose the restaurant. Entered the restaurant at 6 p.m. and ordered a beverage, read the menu and then ordered a simple BLT sandwich. The facility was not busy with customers. Forty minutes after placing the food order, the food was delivered; an unacceptable wait time. ($42.00 for a BLT, Club sandwich and 2 beers).After finishing the meal, we said that we would appreciate that golf cart ride to the showers as the delay in waiting for the meal to be served and finished, lead to nightfall outside, compounded with heavy rains preventing a dry stroll to the other facility. We were told by the restaurant staff that they let the driver of the golf car go home early and there was not any transportation. No concessions were offered to transport us in the rain and dark.The following morning, the marina staff arrived at the boat to collect the key to the showers. I shared my story above. He apologized, that was all. Certainly not customer friendly service being provided. I stated that I would never return to this facility and would definitely pass the story onward.

Boathouse Tiki Bar great new venue w excellent drinks food and atmosphere. Where you can bring t family have dinner, drinks, music, a view and take a swim in t pool.

The marina staff is very attentive. They take excellent care of our boat.

BoatHouse 31 Tiki Bar and Grill. Absolutely delicious gyro! Really incredible location and concept (pool, lounging areas, boats, docks, one of the largest wide screen tvs, etc.. Football fans pack in on Sundays. Unfortunately, I prefer a quieter atmosphere when I eat. Will definitely return during quieter times.

Overpriced. Although the food was good. We had a house salad, my son had a cheese burger and my husband had a Cuban sandwich but it cost $48. That is without tip!
