Called BoatMaster when this happened while we were on Sanibel Island. Sent them a picture and they said they didnt have a part for me. Knowing we were from Texas and leaving the next day they didnt leave us out to dry. They actually gave us the number to a competitor and said they would probably have what I needed. They were right. They other company got us taken care of. They still helped us even though they didnt have the parts we needed. If you can use this company please do! Very friendly and helpful even though they were busy. Would give them 10 stars for helping alone!

Conner took care of me for sure. Trailer needed major repairs asap. It cost me a week of charters but saved me soooo much more. He saw the urgency and fit me in to his busy schedule and did the job right. Boat Master is the only place this Captain will be taking his trailer. Just Awesome service.

Boatmaster Trailers are the best money can buy. All top grade seaworthy stainless steel and aluminum components and parts meant to handle Saltwater and exteeem use. I have two trailers and dont even consider other trailer companies on the same level

Boatmaster custom built a trailer for me in 2007 for my GradyWhite and I shipped it to Australia, it has peformed flawlessly ever since. The service these guys provide is nothing short of amazing. Boat Master did great work on our kayak trailers for a good price, these guys are the best. They even manufacture trailers for government use!
