Bought new engines twin 200 fly by wire Suzuki’sThey price gouged me because they had them in stockOther places I called said 34900$ installedI paid 44000 with taxThey charged on top of engines for riggingHad some other work done and got taken on the price of it alsoI did not argue just wanted to get my boat and get the H out of thereI would never recommend this placeAlso these are two holes they put in my console and did not even tell me.All I can say is that when all this supply chain issues get straightened out they will be in trouble

Bob, Peter and Ken are all wonderful men that go over and above to help you with whatever it is you need. If they can’t help you they find a way to help you! We purchased our boat from them as well and we are from West Palm Beach. We will not take our boat anywhere but The Boat Place! 5 Stars⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

If I could give them more stars I would. My boat was ready for pickup when promised. It was spotlessly clean. All Items and equipment worked perfectly. Bob was a great sales man. Their prices are unbeatable. Hi highly recommend this dealer. Hi purchase wazee 2021 pioneer 220 baysport.

I live in Naples and was in the process of selling my boat so I began calling dealers around Florida for pricing on my next boat a Cape Horn 32T. I called one in St. Pete and one on the east coast and decided to call The Boat Place. I honestly didnt think the Boat Place would be competitive on price because things just seem to be more expensive here on the west coast. Boy was I wrong, I received the quote from Bob G. one of the sales staff and was shocked! I called the east coast dealer back and told them that The Boat Place quoted me a way better price than they did and when I told them what it was, they said it was impossible for me to get that price and asked to see the quote in writing. They told me that for the Boat Place to sell me the boat at the price, they where going to take my deposit and then go out of business because they heard rumors.Fast forward, I ordered the 32T from Bob G. at the Boat Place and when the sale of my old boat fell through, they helped me find a new buyer. They helped with all the paperwork and even when the buyer of my old boat asked for an engine test they where able to help with that at no charge. During the build process of the new 32T, I had some questions and they got me the answers. They put me in touch with the VP at Cape Horn who is also super nice and accommodating. I wanted to go to the factory to see the boat being built but couldnt so the VP at Cape Horn sent me photos of my boat during the entire build process. Bottom line, ordering and having a boat built is stressful in itself, if youre not a patient person, you shouldnt be a boater. The Boat Place and everyone I met there was helpful and accommodating and made what is normally a stressful process a lot less stressful and for less money! Now if I only can find a good car dealer on this coast!

These people really take the time to make sure your taken care of, its been an absolute pleasure buying a new boat from them. The owner Chris cares about her customers and it shows. Bob is the go to sales guy, he is knowledgeable and easy to deal with. The service department is fast and very reasonable on there parts and labor rates, Pete is the guy to talk to. I will be buying my next boat from them, and highly recommend this place. They got me in and out for my 100 hr service on my Suzuki, and ready for my keys trip.

I like The Boat Place of Forts Myers. The low overhead associated with this dealer enables them to provide competitive pricing and responsive service. I bought my boat there and have had solid after market service there, as well. See their offerings at the boat shows as they always have competitive pricing.

Local captain couldnt find anyone in town who could help us during the pandemic. We were broke down and out of work. The boat place had us the part we needed in 2 days and installed the same day!! Thank you Ken!!! I truly appreciate you!! Great service!

Called over 300 shops across the US and coast looking for a hard to find Suzuki lower unit. Troy called me back and gave me a fair price. He got it prepped with a new water pump and lube, and shipped it within 12 hours. Gotta love that!We will definitely be back, and I would highly recommend them.

Mark said they could start working on my boat within one week. It took weeks before they actually started. When I inquired about the delay, Troy yelled at me over the phone and told me to come pick up my **** boat.They were supposed to review and fix all plumbing systems on the boat. None were. I could either leave the boat longer for them to fix a broken pump or take it and deal with it myself, which I did.Troy said there was only room for a 5-inch GPS Unit to be installed. I agreed to it over the phone because he said it was the only option. Now that I’ve picked up the boat and measured myself, there was plenty of room for a 7 inch. I called Troy and asked if they could send me a 7-inch and I would return the 5-inch, and I would gladly pay for the upgrade. He refused saying no electronics could be returned.BTW, Mark said they were not even allowed to install GPS units because they were not licensed to do electrical work. If they did, the warranty would be void. So, it would have to be sub-contracted out. Troy said they would do it themselves anyway. So, now I have no ideas if my warranty is even good.Sorry to say, I tried very hard over a 5-week period to work with them to get minor repairs completed on my Starcraft boat. Unfortunately, I will not be returning here for any future business, nor will I be able to refer any friends to here. Very sad!If the owner would like to call me to discuss, I would be glad to as one business owner to another.

I was referred to the BoatPlace Ft Myers by a friend and long time resident of Fort Myers Beach. Upon deciding to re-power my boat with a new Suzuki engine I was impressed with the sales team, Mike and Bob. We quickly came to an agreed price for the engine trade-in and installation price. They addressed my need to have the work completed quickly. Although they had a full service schedule, they accommodated me. The work was completed in a few days.After receiving the boat package, I noticed a minor error in installation. The service advisor, Troy, was very apologetic and within less than a few hours, the issue was corrected. I am very satisfied with the new Suzuki engine and the service I received. I purchased a new 2018 Bluewave SL from The Boat Place of Naples and my overall experience was extremely dissatisfying. Poor communication, no follow through on repairs, and a complete lack of professionalism. In my opinion if you are shopping for a new boat it would be best to look elsewhere.
