Very overpriced, student staffing is nice, but doesnt fix the problem that the university is still out to make as much as possible.

Easy to get in and out. Great selection for a school book store... I even got my FGCU Beer mug and wine glass there. Oh, and they have books and school supplies.

Book store and souvenir shop even got a onezy for my 3 months old grandson!

People there were super helpful. everything was in alphabetical order for the book in the back. The cashier answered all my questions for the books even though she was new. She went out of her way to answer my question which I really appreciate.

Love this store. Their stuff is amazing quality and they have a large variety to choose from. Their graduation stuff is awesome. Teddy bears, Alumni shirts, frames for diplomas, etc. It makes me excited to graduate.

Brian, who has apparently worked at the store for years (amazingly) has absolutely no concept of customer service. While asking a question to a different employee about ordering books, he interrupted me with Absolutely not. He then continued to talk over me as I tried to ask a different unrelated question. Pretty hard to believe that someone directing other employees in store is displaying such a brash way of answering questions for people. You know what really makes someones day after emptying their bank account on textbooks? Rude customer service. Thanks a lot.

This is the place to go if you want a ton of problems with ordering your books. Every semester there seems to be an issue.This semester though is the straw that broke the camels back. I ordered a new copy of Discrete Mathematics, the book was out of stock, I paid the hard copy price of $197.50. So when I picked up my order it was the soft copy. Thank god I was cognisant of this and said wait a minute. The lady that gave me my pickup was going to let me walk out of the bookstore with the soft copy and no mention of the $95.50 difference in price.The FGCU bookstore pulled a bait and switch!! They almost swindled me out of $95.50!!

I came here to a field trip and there was snacks they didn’t even offer us as visitors snacks!we came to your school for free didn’t give us water or one snack.i will not come here no more.

Go somewhere else. They will lose your pre ordered book or argue that you have already picked them up. I have tried using this store multiple times and every time there is an issue. This particular time I waited close to an hr (not including line wait)for books pre ordered a month In advance.

Eveeything you could want is in there. But it is crazy expensive. Go to Walmart or something .

What a disappointment to arrive and find your business closed at 5:05 pm when your website clearly states the days hours as 8 to 6.
