This place is one of my favorite stores! I love how you can enter without having to walk around the mall. Looking for a gift? Youre bound to find something really cool here! They of course have a really wide and interesting selection of books, but also crystals, candy, clothes, toys, magnets, candles, soaps, etc etc it just keeps going! The yogurt shop right inside really kicks it up a notch.

Its okay it has a yogurt restaurant connected to it. Its book collection is pretty good it had everything you can think of pieces are okay a lot of D&D items and a lot of records and puzzles.

Pretty sure in-store didnt have 1 million books JK nice store though. We went for coloring books.

Was a great shopping trip! However the manager was very rude to us. Perhaps he was just being rushed because its the holidays but he used a very aggravated tone with us when we asked a simple question about a plushies being on sale.

They have awesome clearance, I do wish they had more spiritual, wicca ect. reading material but I guess you go to a metaphysical or botanica for that. Honestly, the employees are super nice. The store is always clean and organized.

Found a comic book I was looking for. B&N didnt have it so I came here if they did. Im always finding what I need there and I always take a long time in there bc of the amount of stuff they sell there other than books. The staff is very nice and I love the merchandise they sell. (Would love to see more Q Posket figures because I was so excited to find Belle)

Very nice clean well organized the staff was very friendly and the only thing that I miss a lot was more magazines on certain hobbies and things of that short.

With everything online, its cool to browse a bookstore in person. Also lots of cool fanboy merchandise.

Large selection of books and very well organized

Went today with my bestie who was looking for a certain book. Tiffany was so very helpful, explained it was out of stock, told us a truck would be coming in later.. We walked the mall a little, on the way out, she stopped us and informed us the book arrived after we left. So my friend was able to get and leave with his new book. 😃😃. They have a large selection of popular books and miscellaneous collectibles from popular series. They have a decent collection of new and popular board games as well which includes a decent bit of Dungeons and Dragons and Pathfinder campaign books. The employees are also very nice, helpful, and go out of their way to help you find whatever it is you may be looking for.

Love buying books there I just wish they would not to try to sell you something when you trying to check out.

Mainly went for frozen yogurt at Yogurt Mountain. Plenty of tasty flavor options! We got Milk Mustache = Cookiesn creme + birthday cake; and Chocolate Turtle = Caramel pretzel + chocolate dipped marshmallow 👍❤

Love the variety of genre/manga they offer and with the membership you get free shipping and lots of other discounts! So worth it to join even though its not free Id gladly pay it for the savings!

Friendly employees good selection of books.

It has great stuff, but everything is pretty overpriced... Even if you pay for the reward thing to get the cheaper price. Especially the place thats connected to it yogurt mountain is double the price of what you would pay if you got it from anywhere else I gave my son $20 and he went to get yogurt thinking it would only be about seven or eight dollars like normal somehow I ended up being almost 16 and he didnt even get anything different than what he got normally.

In my opinion, you NEVER go wrong by stepping into a bookstore! In Michigan I was accustomed to Barnes & Noble, here Books-A-Million...either would get 5 stars just for selling books!!! I do prefer a coffee shop over a yogurt shop, but that doesnt take away from my book seeking experience. I didnt glimpse the clerks name tag, but I wish I did so I could recommend her to EVERYONE! She helped me find just what I was looking for, we traded book recommendations, and she had a wonderful personality that made the experience ever so much better! Kudos to Books-A-Million for having what I was looking for, kudos to the clerk for enhancing my experience!!! Will be back VERY soon!

Books-A-Million has plenty of collections to choose from. Classic books and new releases. Prices are very reasonable too. I am going to recommend this to my bestfriend.

Was trying to find the book of Mormon. Thought it might be in the fictional section of Christianity.

Black manager at this location said I need to have a paid membership to do a return on a gift I got?? I gave her my mothers membership number, the one who bought the gift, and she said her membership expired. An employee there said they can use a generic store membership number and this manager would not do it. This manager was nasty. Also, I had to return something at another location awhile ago and this was not the case. Rude lady. Will go to another location. Thanks for nothing. Dont recommend this location at all! Will contact corporate about this as well.

Good place to read

Its like taking the best parts of a library, retail sails and coffee shop and putting them under one roof. You have the imagination, knowledge and creativity of countless souls all in one place. They set it up so well and give you little nooks all over the place so you can delve into possible tome purchases before you buy just to see if you like it first. The staff is always very helpful and all in all the warmth and comfort of the ambience is always a stress reliever.
