I put in my app online at 12:30 about 1245 spoke to Ray our salesman who was absolutely phenomenal walked in Volvo at 5:15 and was out the door by seven. Everyone there is absolutely amazing. My fiancé went to buy a car. Both the key fobs were destroyed. The sales guy name was Ray, he helped us. We told him we wanted it fixed. He said he would have the call the vendor for the keys. He said he would call us on Monday. We purchased the car on Friday. We got no call so we called him. Ray didn’t answer. We called again & he was busy & said he will call back. He never did. My fiancé is in the military & was leaving soon. We went back 4 days before he had to leave. Ray said he had to make an appointment. We waited over a week for Ray not to do his job correctly. Then Ray said if we buy the key fob he would pay us back. It’s been 5 days & we haven’t gotten the money back & Ray had not contacted us since.

However I was already pre-approved through my bank and I made it clear that I did not want my social ran. Michael said I was approved. I had shown him my reference # from my bank. Then he said he ran the quote under the WRONG car.... He said he would call my bank and fix it. Then he returned to tell me that my bank denied the approval of the car he should have sent them. That this was my only option. Confused .....because I was approved for more than the actual price of this car. He made it seem like it was my only option. I looked at 2 differentvehicles. He was well aware what I wanted. Meanwhile credit wise is sending me notifications while I am sitting there that there has been a change on my credit report not with just my bank...but 3 others. I have been filing disputes on each one of them all day as well as with experian...trying to build my credit and thanks to you it has dropped w these hard hits.Cody manageralso went along w everything he was saying.funny when I called my bank... they said there was only 1 quote sent in and it was for the wrong car...thay never received a second quote.Bad business!!!

I am a very demanding customer. I had an excellent experience with my sales representative Andrew. The closing went smoothly and I was satisfied with his review of the details in the vehicle. The financing process was smooth straightforward and remarkably efficient.

After sitting for two hours I was completely insulted by the finance guy when I did not accept his 4.78 interest rate and the amount of money he was giving me on my trade in! I have great credit and was told because he got me to an agreed on amount I said I would pay monthly It shouldn’t matter! This is completely unacceptable! It was disgraceful, lacked integrity and class!

Zach did a great job and did everything he could to make it a smooth experience buying my truck.Outside of my experience with Zach, the dealership seems to be lacking in places. I dont believe the used $40,000 truck I purchased had gone through any inspection process when they bought the vehicle. I ended up leaving the dealership with 1. No tunnel cover key, and now I will have to pay to have it re-keyed. 2. Missing the remote start key fab, no idea what Im supposed to do about that. Pretty sure thats an expensive item. 3. No owners manual included. 4. Multiple bulbs burnt out including, right front turn signal, left front fog light, rear backup bulb(they gave me this bulb), and interior dome light out. 5. Also after the purchase, I rolled the windows down and realized that I will have to have the two front windows retinted because the tint is coming off, and this should have been disclosed to me before the purchase. The point of all of this is the internal organization of this dealership seems lazy. Wheres my tunnel cover key and owners manual? How do you not get those when you accept the trade or buy the vehicle? And Im pretty sure who ever made the purchase for the dealership noticed the aftermarket wheels but failed to get the stock wheels? And how does a thorough inspection miss multiple burned out bulbs, tint coming off the windows, and missing tunnel cover key? Makes me really wonder about the condition of the rest of the truck and engine. What else did they miss?

I am a little disappointed in Cody and McGrath dealership-- I have come to expect more from dealerships. I bought a used 2017 S60 from McGrath - for my kids to split and drive and I value safety of a Volvo--and I am still baffled as to what is included in their 150 point inspection The car had paint missing from the front bumper which was not shown in their online picture or listed in description- the air conditioner blower was not functioning and there was a chip in the window at eye level of drivers side. Now I understand that that this a used car and I am not expecting new. They fixed the A/C and filled the chip-- I paid for paint on bumper-- after another 2 1/2 hour drive back to the dealership. Now the front bumper is dropping down-- clips are broke and/or missing--so I assume the paint missing on front bumper was a little more than a rub. They refuse to correct because I have had for a month even though they acknowledged they touched up paint on bumper and it is not a perfect match-- but I was OK with that as a used car. I just expect more from a dealership -- or I would have bought from a used car lot or private seller. Unfortunately probably a $200-300 fix for them will cost them a new (40-50K) Volvo in a few years when I buy a new one for myself-- we have a Volvo in the house for the past 20 years. They have made zero effort to make it right.....Update 5/18 Kenny from McGrath has reached out and --although took some time-- we have ordered and received appropriate parts to make thing right. Appreciate the follow up by McGrath

I attempted to buy a used vehicle from McGrath. The salesman gave me the wrong information as to what type of gas to put in the vehicle. The engine was running bad because of the wrong type of gas. when I returned to give them back the vehicle, they gave me the hardest time and I ended up forcing them to keep the car by leaving the key on the managers desk. even after all of the commotion they still had no idea as to what type of gas went into the vehicle. I was getting contradicting answers from the sales people. Nightmare of an experience. Stay away if you can.

I found my pre-owned High Roof Ram ProMaster 1500 at McGrath Volvo of Fort Myers after a year long search for the right specifications. Since I live two hours away I called in to inquire about it. My first contact was with Zory the sales assistant who is super sweet. I had several questions about the van for which she found the answers before I was directed to Jim, my awesome sales person. He and Kenny, the sales manager, were so great. They worked for two days in search of a lender for me to get the low payments I wanted, which was a challenge because my credit needs work. At first, it looked like it was going to be impossible. So as part of making sure they got me in that van they took almost $5000 off the listed price! The van had a partition wall to the cargo area which I did not want, so Jim personally found the proper tools and removed it himself! Finally, I worked with Dorian the finance manager who was over loaded that day because it was very busy and he was the only one there when usually there are two. I was the last one in the dealership and hed been working for almost 12 hours non-stop by the time he got to me. Yet, he was still patient and friendly, and answered all my questions with patience and grace. He helped me by figuring out a way I could get the extended warranty I wanted worked into the deal in a way I could afford it. I love my van! Its great. Dont waste your time. Used car manager Kenny wasted my time. Ray helped me on a deal for a 2011 Suburban w/ 178k miles. I wanted to trade either of my vehicles a 2004 Mercedes SL 55AMG w/ 134k miles or a 2006 Mercedes S 55 AMG w/ 154k miles for the Suburban. He had the audacity to offer me $1,000 for my 2004 Mercedes SL 55 AMG, which is valued at $17,000. For my 2006 Mercedes S 55 AMG I was offered $1,250, which is valued at $13,000. Both are top of the line performance models with 500hp & 510 ft lbs of torque & when new retailed for a combined total of $250,000. Not worth being insulted, shop anywhere but at McGrath Volvo of Fort Myers.

I call for the car in the afternoon, and confirm with the person the I will next day to see the car, I have to drive 70 miles,Early in the morning the dealership call me to confirm, I say I will be there before 1pmOn my way to the dealership I double checked the car fax, one of the owner of the suv was in New York,I call the dealership, and ask about the condition of rust under the car, because the car was in the north and for experience must car have rustBy surprise, The person right away tell me let me because some one is buying the suv just now.And the don’t want me to drive there.If a don’t call the dealership, I will have the surprise of the suv all ready soldORThe suv rust conditions are terrible.

The sales Manager really helped me without pressuring me to turn in my car and he was able to help me get the model I really wanted. Everyone I dealt with including the Service Manager were just so nice and easy to deal with.

I just bought my second vehicle from them and will be back as their whole process is on point. Professional, but also to the point & fair no games, just honest promt customer service! I would recommend Tiffany as she is who I worked with and is super friendly. They hold a very good selection of cars, I actually drove a couple hours from east coast to buy there for that reason and was happy with prior experience. This was the worst experience of my life that i cant even give it 1 star. Do not bring your car here. The technicians at this Volvo dealership are beyond incompetent. Ive taken my Volvo XC 60 for a service and maintenance check and they told me Ive needed to get new break pads. I brought the car in to get serviced for the break pads and after sitting there for 2 hours, they told me the car never needed new break pads.They gave me a free car wash. The technicians dont know how or why they wrote that the car needed new break pads. The managers here dont care about the customers and I wouldnt trust the technicians to understand what break pads are vs. how to do an oil change.

I visited Volvo of Fort Myers to check some used Trucks, I worked with Tiffany Sibley and she was great, very informative and answer all my questions. We havent purchase one yet but we will be ready soon and will for sure come back to Tiffany then.

I live about 100 miles away from Fort Meyers and have purchased and leased my previous two Volvos through my local dealership. However my current lease was nearing its end and none of the local dealers had any vehicles with the colors and options I was looking for. After searching inventory from Volvos corporate site I found the vehicle I wanted at McGrath Volvo Cars of Fort Meyers and initiated my interest in the vehicle via their website after business hours. I was contacted the next morning and within an hour after a couple of phone call exchanges they made me an offer I couldnt refuse and I hopped into my Volvo and drove to Fort Meyers to turn in my current lease vehicle and lease the new one. This was also my first experience ending a lease and the associates at McGrath made it such a wonderful and stress free experience turning in my current lease vehicle and getting into my new one. I was extremely happy and excited to pull up at the dealership and see my new Volvo sitting there all prepared for me to take home.
