Travis H. the service advisor is the best advisor that I have ever worked with. He is extremely responsive and helpful. He works hard to accommodate my schedule and gets me in to the service department quickly. He understands that my vehicle is used for my job so he makes sure that I am in and out as quickly as possible. I highly recommend this location but also working with Travis. (I also have to say that every other service advisor is very welcoming and friendly when I walk in as well).
The service department is top notch - well taken care of by Travis Hines. Completed the work in the timeframe they told me - washed car as part of the service. Kudos to the Service Team.
My husband took our car for his normal service (oil change). The car was fine before he arrived. After he got the car back and drove less than one block, it began making a noise and seemed to be leaking air. He immediately took the car back and explained the situation. It was Friday between 5 and 6 PM. He was told he had to leave the car there and he had to call for someone to pick him up because they didnt have any car available for him to take home or be taken home. On Saturday around 2 PM, I got a text claiming the car had 4 critical concerns (none of them were seen during the inspection they normally do while changing the oil or noticed). I still have trouble dealing with the fact the air suspension failed on the right front and starting leaking air right after the car was taken out of the dealer with no previous signs of this. At the end, we went for a simple oil change service and ended up with a total estimate of $6,000. 00 and something. After I approved some of the services on Saturday, no one contacted us again until I called on Wednesday around noon and they told me the car was ready. They never offered a car for us to use while ours was being repaired. Anyhow, I am definitely not satisfied with the service I got.
My service advisor was amazing but whoever serviced my car decided to take off the protective screen protectors on both of my screens. Which I did not want removed! Not sure why he did it but I was very upset, don’t understand why he would feel the need to do it? If it’s not your car and you don’t make the payments don’t remove things just for your own satisfaction. I was very very heated but there’s nothing I can do about it
I have had Mercedes Benz vehicles since 2012 ---- and recently had to have my E400 Convertible serviced at MB of Fort Myers, FL (same place I leased it at).Since 2012, my service experiences with Mercedes Benz (in Virginia and Florida) have been pretty good but this time it was exceptional, and I wanted to share why.I worked with Tom Tipton, my Service Advisor a couple months ago when I ended up with a nail in my tire. He was quick to get a new tire on order and arranged for a service appointment to get the tire changed all within a matter of days --- and before I was scheduled to go out of town.Fast forward to August, I called him with a few concerns, and he scheduled me for a service appointment.Tom greeted me upon arrival, and I walked him around the car as we discussed the issues we spoke about over the phone earlier that week. Tom was professional, patient, and knowledgeable. He provided very detailed explanations and shared what the course of action would be to remedy the concerns I had about the car.After completing some paperwork, he introduced me to Susan who arranged for me to get a loaner while the car was being serviced. She was kind and very quick to get me into a loaner. Tom then sent me on my way agreeing to provide text updates as my car was being worked on.Tom ended up keeping my car overnight to ensure that a software update he made to the car (to fix a trunk issue) worked/fixed the problem.When I returned the next day to pick my car up .... Tom thoroughly reviewed what had been done to the car and answered any questions that I had. He really wanted to make sure I was a happy customer.My experience with Tom is the reason I would bring my car back to MB of Fort Myers to be serviced again.
Service advisor Andrew Jenkins has always welcome me with respect and professionalism. Down to earth kind of guy. And let me not forget the loaner car personnel, she is great. Thank you to you both!
I dropped my car off on a Wednesday morning. It took them 24 hours to have a tech look at it. Once I had approved the repairs, I didnt hear anything from them for three days. When I tried calling, the service rep didnt answer any of the numbers she gave me. In the end, I had to send an email to get an update.I was told the car would be ready at the end of the day (Day 6) but then the tech went home without finishing the job. I finally picked up the car on Day 8. I noticed that some of the work hadnt been done - the service rep forgot to tell me.One would expect better service from a luxury car dealership that sold me the car.
I had purchased a Mercedes years ago from this dealership and brought it in for major service ( $3,000.00). I was treated like dirt from beginning to end. I felt I was bothering them. They told me it would take awhile to complete the service, probably later in the day and gave me a ride home. I heard nothing from them the remainder of the day. The next day I called at noon to see when my car would be ready. I was told Oh its been ready since this morning. We called but your phone wasnt working. This was not true, I received half a dozen calls that morning. They said they would send a car for me right away. After standing outside my house on crutches (I just had knee surgery) for one and a half hours, I asked a neighbor to drive me. When I arrived at the service department I stood at the counter for ten minutes before the serviceman would acknowledge my presence. I asked why I was not picked up at my house and was told we were too busy. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE.
Called the service department and able to get in the same day, problem solved. Staff helpful, friendly and communicative.

I had an appointment on a Friday at 2 30 pm for servicing. They told me they would not finish the same day so I would receive the vehicle Monday. FINE. I went in to pick up my vehicle on the Monday and the SUV WAS NOT WASHED after spending over 800 dollars for servicing. This is unacceptable. I’ve serviced my Toyota and Nissan vehicles at their respective dealerships and every time the vehicle were washed. In Washington state, when I service my Mercedes the vehicle is always washed. So I expect that if I spend over 800 dollars for servicing, the vehicle should be washed. When I asked why the vehicle was not washed, they said because I did not ask. Plain rubbish.
I had 2 recalls on my Dynamax I says series III .Decided to have the 20,000 mile service done at the same time. Since they wanted to keep it all day they drove me back home and picked me up the next day. I am very satisfied with their service.Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and very attentive.I will bring my coach back here next time it needs serviced
Tom Tipton is a true professional. Every time I need assistance with my car he is super efficient, respectful of my time and without hesitation gets my vehicle scheduled. I usually wait as they expedite my repair/maintenance and give me a quiet office to work so I can stay updated with my office. Coffee, Cappuccino and snacks are available for the customers. Everyone at the facility is remarkably friendly and offer superior customer service.

Hit a pothole Sunday evening which blew out the seem in the passenger side tire. Mercedes recommended not to drive the vehicle so I called emergency road side assistance Monday morning and had my car back by the end of business day. The Ft. Myers Mercedes Benz executed the service plan to a tee! My wife is happy with the fast turnaround of a bad smelling AC. I showed up at 9:30 for the appointment, the representative quickly completed the paperwork. The communication through text messaging was excellent!! Vehicle was washed and ready to go when I showed up at 4:30!
My vehicle went in for an oil change and to provide an estimate on my glovebox, which would not open. Part of the service was to top off all fluids. I made an appointment as I was told was required. When I arrived for my appointment, I was asked to have a seat and wait for my advisor. As I sat there for 15 minutes, I watched 2-3 customers come in and hand their keys over to a service advisor and simply leave. Perplexed, I inquired as to the purpose of an appointment if I had to sit and wait for an advisor, after all, it was only there for a standard oil change and an estimate to fix the stuck glove box. When I asked, an advisor looked over and calmly stated (in a condescending manner) “an advisor would be with you shortly”.When I picked up my filthy van, which was parked as far away from the service area as they could have possibly parked it, I noticed that they couldn’t even take a moment to give it a rinse. Oh well, I don’t think they really care about their Sprinter customers anyway and I’ve said this before. The problem is, I also purchased a brand new GLE350 there and the manner in which I’m treated with the car is entirely different but it all reflects poorly on them in my opinion.After this recent visit, I had to return as they didn’t top off the fluids as stated AND that glove box the was stuck in the shut position, the handle and key cylinder were sitting in the cup tray. I guess after they broke the glove box even worse, they just threw the parts in the truck and figured “what the heck, it’s broken anyway “! At least, that’s how it felt.I come here for convenience, but I suppose I’m better off driving an extra 30 minutes to Bonita Springs so I can be treated like a Mercedes customer. I understand that a Sprinter van is not a $150k sports car, but I decided to buy a Mercedes for the quality the brand offers, I just didn’t realize that quality of service isn’t offered to van customers.
Addressed desired issue. Not enough done to assess quality of workmanship. Pleasant enough staff. I have been going to Naples for Sprinter work and will give this organization a try in the next few months.
I dropped my car off and was told it would be delivered to my place of work by the end of my work day. At the end of the work day, I called the dealership and inquired about the delivery of my car. I was told it wouldnt be ready until the next day. No explanation as to why, and no notification that I would need to find alternate transportation home from work. I arranged a ride home and a ride back to work the next day. Just after noon, still no communication so I reached out to the dealership; no one returned my call. Second call, I was told someone would call me; still no call. Third call inquiring about my car, and was told it wouldnt be ready again. Second time I had to arrange transportation home and back to work the next day. They delivered my car two days after promised, and not once did the service adviser reach out to me. I purchased my car at this dealership, but they have lost my business. This is the poorest customer service I have ever experienced. I will buy my future Mercedes Benz in Bonita Springs or Naples.
Service is still alive and well here. Work was done quickly and well. During the process they kept me posted on progress. Definitely will use again.
Even when I was disappointed that Dean had retired, for his excellent & highly qualified attention to the customers, I found qualified and great personal attention to my problem with Andrew Jenkins. PROFESSIONAL! Easy drop off and car loaner if needed. Clean service and sales department. Never have any issues with car (knock on wood), Staff, service techs, etc., helpful and pleasant always. Sorry I did not purchase a Mercedes earlier in my life to avoid so many mechanical inconveniences with other makes/models I had owned in the past.
They did not wash the car as the car wash equipment was out of commission due to a lightning strike over the weekend. They offered to come to our home to get the car and take it to the dealership to wash it after the machine was fixed. We appreciated the gesture and said we would stop by in a few days to get it cleaned up after the rains stop. Thanks much!

I was scheduled for 7:30am. My Gas Cap was stuck and it did not open. Place opened right on time and I left with my car fixed around 9am. Excellent service
Replaced leaking coolant valve and coolant. Provided a courtesy car. Picked up and delivered my car in the process. My experience was very positive and I would recommend this dealership.
It was a good experience considering it took a long time to get warranty work approved. Everything worked out and Travis (the service rep) did a great job!!
The car was taken in as soon as i got there and they did everything they needed to do i waited for the car the waiting area was very nice and i was out in a little over 2 hours
I kept getting a message that says Active brake assist disabled, when it says that it shuts down the cruse control, I called Mercedes customer care and they said it needs recalibrating this was the main reason for taking it in, the technician said he could not make it repeat so he did nothing, so i guess i will have to take it back next time it dose it.
Andrew has been great, always takes care of my concerns and problems. Andrew has gotten our RV in for repairs/recalls and any other problems the same day. The dealership and Andrew are the best. Thanks again. P. M.
This was the worst experience I have ever had in 64 years of owning a car.Took GLE for full service Friday morning and told service advisor I need it back that evening, having no other car .He accepted the car on those terms but I did not get it back until 2,30pm Saturdaay, Although transpor was promised I had to take a cab bcause nobody in service dept would answer the phone Friday or Saturday despite over 50 phone calls !!! Will never buy another car from this place....BEWARE !!!!

The sales peson I use is named Kris Waskowski and he always goes above and beyond. Reciently I had a question about my car, I called and the MB land line was down, I texted Kris and within minuets he was on the phone and worked out my issue for me..A huge shout out also to Bryan Hayse, Adam Barton and Jeff Gann (GM) ..All so helpful and in keeping with the Mercadies Brand. When you pay a little more but get so much more and the service is equal, the price is forgotten long after the quality is remembered! The maintenance team with Matt Roemer, our service manager, was professional, efficient, effective and friendly. The car was taken in on time, all services were provided and completed on time, and the car was washed and delivered before I expected. All in all, an excellent performance by the Fort Myers Mercedes team.
Good luck getting someone to answer the telephone in the Service Department. Horrible experience. Find another repair facility.
