I’ve used Expert Security for the past #9 years. They installed my system and provided monitoring through a central station. I was able to download an app to my smart-phone for enhanced features and alerts. Brian has always been available & patient regarding any request for maintenance or service. Very professional organization, highly recommended!!!

These guys are great. They did a service call for me a week after a major hurricane. They were able to order the correct parts needed to fix my security system before even coming out and looking at it. Everyone was great -from Brian who answered the phone originally to Jason the technician who came out. Would definitely recommend this company.

When we bought our home in SWFL 10 years ago, we wanted a locally owned and operated security company. We were so happy to find Expert Security Services, and they have been amazing. Weve had very few issues, and when we did, they responded so quickly. They are competent, professional, and helpful. Wed recommend them to anyone.

Non responsive, they installed a system in our office in April 2018...over 10 email’s requesting service and 3 site visits including one from the owner and they removed the defective devices and never came back leaving us disabled, had them install a home system July 2019 the panel stopped working properly, sent an email to the owner.... no response, system 2 down.......had to hire another vendor to repair what we had already paid for... non responsive

They were professional, licensed, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile to get what I wanted. Security cameras are good quality... they will use whatever system you want to use. If you buy your own they can install it if you are not happy with their suggestion.

Myers home who NEVER could get it setup right - over the years Ive had numerous companys who claimed were Experts only to add items not needed and never getting it operating right. EXPERT SECURITY arrived ontime (Jason was terrific) and truly in minimal time, added 2 outdoor cameras, fine tuned the entire system, setup mobile access that others could not do. Would not recommend them to anyone. Way over priced. Horrible service when they need to come back out and fix things they broke and installed incorrectly. Once you pay them in full good luck getting them back out there for repairs for warranty work. When installing my camera system and running the wires behind the wall they hit the wires to my alarm system and wiped out my entire alarm system by shorting out the main board. Had to argue with them for months to fix it. It still isn’t working correctly. I’m sure they will respond with some answer to try to justify there lack of customer service. Do yourself a favor and find another company to install your camera.

Called them up talked to Jay explained everything to him about my security system. Rick with 20 years experience in the field came out and quickly got everything working great!

Came to the rescue!We were frustrated with the service issues we were having with our old security company. I contacted Jay and explained the situation and what was happening with the system.They came out and diagnosed the problem and made the necessary changes to get my system back up and running, all at a fraction of the cost of the other company!They provide a top-notch professional service. They know what they are doing when it comes to home security systems. I am glad we made the switch to Expert Security....I truly have a piece of mind knowing they are taking care of me now.

We found some technical issues with the equipment but they changed the screen pad and the problem was solved. This is a good company.

I had a security camera go out. Didnt know if it was the cabling or the camera. They came on the day promised and fixed it within an hour

We feel taken advantage of. They told us they were installing a top of the line nice HD DVR and it even says it on the invoice. We found out that it isnt HD and most of our cameras went out within the first couple months. Couldnt get them to come back out. I wouldnt recommend to anyone. Poor quality workmanship and cameras for what they charge. Plus, they straight up lied to us on equipment they were installing

Expert Security Servies Inc - Not recommended! We had this company come out to do a survey for a new security system. Not impressed. Didnt appear to be that professional. After all that, they never bothered to send us a written estimate. Waste of time.
