Worst experience ever. There should be a zero star option.I have had them out to fix a service twice and they were supposed to come back a third time (yea they couldnt get it right the previous two times) but they canceled the appointment that I had already confirmed via text message.I waited for 9 hours for them to show up the first two time and nothing was resolved.I have not had my cameras operating for months, the control panel doesnt work. My alarm had gone off multiple times and I had to pay the Sherriff because of this.Worst service ever. Dont walk away, RUN away. All they care about is getting the contract. When I said I wanted out they asked for me to pay the contract in full even thought I have gotten hardly any value from ADT.
Very misleading. There is a significant disconnect between the sales and installation team. We were informed and promised many things from sales and then installation day comes and they ask for another check for hundreds of dollars. It’s not the point of the cash it’s the lack of transparency. I have had adt for years. Most recently sold a home.disconnected service and not once was Informed to take equipment with me. Now ADT is looking to cash in. Horrible sales team over promising and under delivering. They say anything to get you on the hook. Just like a used car salesman. 🙁
I had ADT up North spent thousands for the system I had. I short sold my home. I called and asked for them to remove it and to reinstall in the house I get in Cape Coral.. they told me that I had to leave it and they would give me the same system I had for free and free install A adt rep showed up at my house said we give you credit towards a new system 499.00. I told him I had almost 3 thousand in mine it didn’t matter. I called ADT corporate talked to a accountant manager. I received the run around. And was told they wouldn’t honor what I was told. If you can’t trust the word of a company that is suppose to protect your home who can you trust. Lesson learned they can’t be trusted. Get Ring. Better and a whole lot cheaper
Just performed a test of our system and discovered our home is NOT being monitored. We called customer service who informed us that the system is not notifying ADT and thus the POLICE when our alarm is activated. She also said repairs to our system would be over $100 for their system they installed almost 10 yrs ago for which we have paid our annual monitoring fees on time since then. Bottom line is we dont know how long the system has NOT been being monitored. So much for sleep easy tonight. Thanks for nothing ADT.
Great technician!Our service tech was very knowledgeable and seemed to take pride in his work.That was nice too see. We were very comfortable during the whole process.... excellent service!
You better be careful hiw you guys manage the google advertisements. You keep on changing phone numbers or messing with other peoples listing you will suffer too all over the U.S. no just south Florida. Keep that in mind. Think about the bigger picture. Dont think by greed. We don’t mess with you but you should not mess with us.
Don’t ever get service they will lie and not tell you about hidden cost of your system that you will be paying in your monthly fee and if you move like they tell you that you can take service with you.. don’t believe it you will be paying for your system. The next thing you will get is a bill for over 500.00 and they will get rude with you and say that it’s common sense. Talked to me like I was in kindergarten. I told them to pull our conversation and see where did they tell me the alarm system it self will cost over 500.00 and they put it into your bill monthly. So when I moved they said they don’t take back alarm system and I owe for that one and just paid for the new one installed. Just please be careful about going with ADT. Go on amazon and buy your own system and go with a local company will save you hundreds of dollars.
Everything was explained beautifully. Install went smooth, & was very impressed. I was a little depleted after finding out their was no cameras being installed; however, theyre just trying to find the best possible equipment & price.
I am very pleased that I have chosen ADT as my security provider. It was a pleasure meeting the technician, Josh Locklier, who was very courteous and knowledgeable. Josh explained, in detail, howthe system works to secure my home. He took ownership of my security issues an resolved them in a very professional manner....I am very happy with my new system and to be affiliated with ADT.
Worst experience I ever had. Wrong installation on Friday afternoon, after opening sliders I could not close them any more. No help from ADT until Monday morning. I had to go to bed with open doors, no A/C and millions of bugs. The only thing I was told was: just push the doors very hard, that will work. Part of the door broke and I had to pay for fixing that. Protect your home - without being able to close the doors and without being helped over the weekend .....
Really enjoyed the technician Rashan. He was very professional and very engaging. He was clearly focused on providing me with great customer service and spent the entire day at my home - even skipping his lunch period to finish.
The sales experience was great but they have completely failed to meet their installation commitment. They cancelled my appointment in their error, I was very clear with my commitment to the appt. When my time came and went, I called and discovered the cancellation. There were many apologies but nothing we can do. No effort at all to fix their mistake. There are many ADT providers find one that will keep their commitments, if you arent organized enough to track appointments, how can they ever be trusted to track your monitoring.
Super Installer! Our installer was super. He took the time to explain every feature. Made sure we were very comfortable pryor to hit him Departed
