NOT a satisfactory beginning to a $60,000 relationship. For weeks we were advised of a Nov 5 delivery of our model Y. We sold our (only) car on Nov 3 expecting an on time Tesla delivery. Today, 2-days before the expected delivery, we get an E-MAIL stating that delivery is delayed until Nov 10th. We have no transportation for the extra 5-days and a traditional rental is $600+ for the 5-days. Furthermore, Tesla advised no loaners or rentals so we are basically SOL. Would have gladly paid $500 for a rental. Could be a profit center for them. We expect the same 1000 FREE Supercharging hours we would get from a referral, for this inconvenience. Buyers beware of delivery problems.

The reason why I love it is because of the service manager. The young Asian representative inside the main room was not helpful. She claimed I could not get a new key car for my new 2021 Tesla unless I ordered it and set up an appointment. This was not true, the service manager immediately ordered a new key online and scheduled it for a pickup. He linked it to my car and I was on my way to Atlanta within ten minutes. That was customer service. It would help if she learned her job.

Justin at Ft Myers was Great! So was the gentleman at the appt counter. Nice contrast to the call I made to the Estero branch... We test drove the model y and I/we instantly became Big fans. I dont know how I would buy any other car now as these machines seem to do everything better. Of course they arent cheap so if you budget says no way I get it. The smooth unbelievable acceleration was insane, I cant imagine the higher models. I have a deposit on the truck and I did it just for kicks but now Im not sure I can walk away. I think our next vehicle will be some sort of Tesla, new or used. I keep watching drag race videos of the new Plaid crushing everything. I can no longer respect the exotics Ive loved all my life, Porsche, Lamborghini, etc, etc. There is no point anymore, they are obsolete, they are cassette tapes in a digital world.

Drove the model 3 the fast one and it was fun. I almost didnt bring the car back.

If you take it for a test drive you wont bring it back. Amazing acceleration.

I just wanted to take a moment to recognize the high level of customer service we received during our most recent visit to Tesla. We had scheduled a request for someone to contact us via the website and Mike Crabtree reached out within that same day. Mike was extremely polite, courteous, and accomodating with our scheduled test drive. I will say he also had the answer to every question we could possible come up with pertaining to the vehicles we were looking at. Made the experience that much better. Its not every day you come across customer service like this so I thought it was worth sharing.

Great service center! The people were super courteous, super professional, and also very knowledgeable! I was very excited to learn they finally were in this area and I isnt have to make a trip to Sarasota again! They were able to diagnose and fix the issue in expedited fashion to boot! The place is still up and coming with bigger and better ambitions by Q2 next year (assuming the pandemic doesnt crush those plans), but this is a great start!

Very neat experience, Jenna was great. Tesla should put a bit more into maintenance of lot and overall layout of lot.

Met with Zac! Amazing helper! Followed through on purchasing, taking delivery, and after delivery was helpful in following through a hiccup I had with a vehicle. Highly recommend! Always answered questions daily and kept me up to date.Ryan from the Service center was very nice and fast! Managed to get a service appointment in right before close and It was fixed right in the morning!Highly recommend 5/5! An amazing start to SWFL Tesla.

Went there to look at their models. There were only vehicles owned by customers available. Was unable to look inside or test drive, they wanted to get my information but why waste time.

Poor service. Dont know anything about customer service. Dont know how to use a phone. They want your money only.

Dropped off my car for service and had a loaner within 20 min. I was extremely surprised. Very pleasant service center. All of my other customer service and service center dealings were not the greatest.

My front suspension collapsed after driving it off the dealership from MiamiI took the car to service at this “facility” since I live in Naples Florida. I’m not gonna mention any names BUT DEFINITELY WILL depending on whether they keep their word by having my car ready no later than Tuesday of next week.Today is Friday....This review is subject to change on MONDAY
