I don’t review too much but Craig at Audio Connection is the best of best. He hooked up our new machine with less speakers and more amplifier power than I thought it should have. I’m glad I let him do his thing instead of me giving him more direction. I used to play with car stereos on my own back in the day but so much has changed.It sounds amazing and the volume isn’t everything. It is so deep and full sounding and crystal clear at any volume. It truly feels like you are at a concert and very easy to operate and adjust. Wife approved and all the work is done. His knowledge of JL equipment selection and precise placement made me a believer although I was skeptical when we ordered it.Prices are competitive or less than online and install is very reasonable for the quality of the work and end result. He’s prompt and his install is very clean with an attention to detail you don’t always get today.

Craig is great! I have a 2000 Pontiac firebird which is not a fun car to work on electronically and brought in an amp and sub plus speakers for him to install in it. I shopped around a bunch of places and he came off as the most qualified, honest, and reasonable. Some places wanted to charge hundreds just for wires! He is honest and works hard, a real breath of fresh air compared to most lazy rip offs these days.My car turned out to be pretty molested inside so he had to rewire everything. He worked all day and night on it, way past closing, and even bought me a beer. He also fixed my radio, door locks, and fixed my subwoofer when it broke.Because of Craigs honesty, I can see that not everyone will get along with him, but you cant knock his credentials over that.

I told Craig I wanted to improve the bass in my car audio system (mainly for electronic music with heavy bass). Based on my input (GIVE ME BASS) we picked out the parts, he got them in, and then he did the install. After that the system had VERY POWERFUL BOOMY bass- great for certain types of electronic music. For a while I was unsatisfied because I generally prefer other kinds of electronic music with tight/punchy fast-changing bass notes. Fortunately Craig was willing to make changes to the plan, and he set me up with a different subwoofer system. On this second try I ended up getting just what I had imagined, and Craig was awesome about the whole thing. Also the installation quality was great- Im a details-oriented kind of person and I really like the aesthetics of the whole thing.

What can I say. What ever you need he can do it and if he cant hell let you know it... Honest, hardworking and trustworthy. There is no 1 better I would trust with my car...

Called him today asking if he could run the wires for an amp I bought and subwoofer a friend gave me for my 350z. He ran the wires hooked up amp and sub for $85 and was able to get me in since Im from outta state and leaving thurs. Great guy and he dont beat around the bush he tells it like is. Great job and sounds great

One of the most nasty attitudes Ive seen in a while, the teck. that installed a smart start device on my vehicle was dumber than a box of rocks I am that it is either family, friends or someone he paid to wrlte those reviews cause the guy that was there yesterday isnt even qualify to turn a stereo on not to mention install one. What a rude person to yell at a costumer like that.

Paid 500 for a new radio, then another 500 for installation and a bunch of harness adapters so it could easily be returned to stock, with no cut wires. This guy shoved a cardboard box in my dash because he couldnt get the radio level, and never installed the harness adapters he charged me for, instead cut the wires, as well i brought my own amp wiring kit, he gutted the kit and used my wires where easy to view, and put in cheaper wires where he thought nobody would ever check. He also tried to get me to pay cash so he didnt have to charge me sales tax i paid with my credit card once he said that. BUYER BEWARE, RIPOFF ARTIST!! When confronted craig will curse you out as well.
