The customer service was great. we brought home samples on two different occasions, with no pressure to buy. the sales people were very nice and patient answering our questions. the crew that installed the flooring was very professional and fast. they had three rooms done in one day. they were clean and helped rearrange the furniture. definitely recommend them.

1) Left thick haze on all tiles. They tried unsuccessfully to remove it so left it on tile. I paid to have a company come out with a buffer, etc. This didnt work. Took me MONTHS to remove SOME of it with straight vinegar & hard scrubbing.2) Dark grout color we picked out came out very light & mottled in appearance. Owner inspected & said job was beautiful & that we were told grout color would not look like sample we picked out at their showroom!! Unbelievable!3) After convincing owner grout color unacceptable they agreed to stain it. Color good but skipped doing laundry room entirely & poor job with skipped areas in bathroom. (I purchased more stain online & have been on my hands & knees doing laundry room myself.) They left stain permanently smeared on tile in some small areas.4) Laid some of the long plank tiles straight across in narrow laundry room & bathroom, not staggering the planks as in rest of home, & as plank installation should look. This was obviously just easier for the installers.5) Left some small areas around kitchen island untiled. Just put some dark stain on floor in place of tile. Looks poor.Cannot recommend this company.

Floorcrafters is a great business! The product is fantastic, the installers are professional, and the staff so easy to work with. Our new floors make it feel like we are in a brand new house!

Jay with Floorcrafters is so knowledgeable and patient. When my family came in they werent really sure what they wanted. He spent a lot of time with them and allowed them to take samples to make sure they were getting what they wanted. He was never pushy and never forced them to buy anything they didnt love.

Great experience going with Floorcrafters in Fort Myers. We hired them to install wood flooring all throughout our home and it turned out gorgeous! Im so in love with the new touch we have made to the house. It makes the inside of the home look completely different rather than carpet and the staff had the job finished in no time at all. Will definitely be bragging to all of our friends!
