We had an excellent experience in dealing with Floorz! Vicki made the process so easy from giving us samples, then quickly scheduling measurements and installation. The installation crew showed up as scheduled, they were professional and took care in installing our flooring. They were efficient and left the rooms clean and the furniture back in place. The quality of the flooring is outstanding and we are well pleased.

Absolutely a great experience. We are Canadian and from tiles for our en-suite to carpeting it was easy. Had some shipping issues with the carpet but it came in one time and the installation was excellent. We will always go back to Floorz if we need anything and will recommend them to our friends. This family owned business knows how to treat thier customers! They have a great selection including the new vinyl flooring. This product is wonderful as it is 100% water-proof and can be laid right over your existing flooring.Highly recommend this business and their pricing is very fair.

Excellent Customer Service. Travis was so pleasant and helpful. I had looked at many other places that did not have the choices that Floorz had and was so happy that we went there. Travis was away when my delivery arrived but the rest of the team took care of everything for me. Definitely recommend!

I am writing this review after seeing Susan Pneumans review she posted on here. I think it is ridiculous to leave a bad review for a store that you didnt even want to make a trip to. Floorz has been doing work for me for years and they are some of the best people Ive worked with and they are a RETIAL STORE so obviously you would need to actually go in there to see what they have! Not sure how you could expect a company that has such an extensive selection of products to just come out to your house and do your flooring off a phone call. Thats all for my review, I just dont like to see businesses get bogus reviews from customers that make no attempt to even see what they are all about. Floorz is the best!

The service from Floorz was top notch from start to finish. Travis was very patient with me being that I kept changing my mind and couldn’t decide on vinyl floor for my master bedroom go with carpeting. I finally went with carpet and couldn’t be happier. Im so happy with my new floors! Dont waste your time at the big box stores where you are only a number. From the first time you enter Floorz till the end of your project you are treated like family. Vicki patiently spent so much time helping me sort through many flooring samples. So many colors, sizes, price ranges, and brands to choose from. She and Travis were amazing. Once I had finally chosen the flooring Bruce & Joe installed all 3 rooms in just two days. I was so excited to purchase waterproof LVT flooring for our home. I called to schedule a measurement to allow a quote and the man who answered the phone at the showroom told me that NONE of the flooring shown on FLOORZ website is in stock ???!! and I would need to come to the store to talk with a sales man to pick out flooring. Quick way to turn off a new customer!

We are more than happy with the entire experience. Travis at Floorz helped us pick the best flooring for our new condo. The team he brought on to remove our tile was very good. And the installers from Generation Flooring were off the charts. Perfectionists. We love our new flooring!

Lots of stuff to see and buy, but very little help. Had a lot of questions but all unanswered. Good place to go if you know what you want before you get there. Otherwise just overwhelming.

Really enjoyed working with Travis and the Foorz staff. They did a fast and excellent installation of vinyl clad flooring in our condo. Travis also knew all the regulations required by the condo association which made it very easy for us. The only reason we did not give them a 5 Star rating is that we thought the installers should have taken pictures of the rooms so they could put the furniture back in the proper place. My wife and I are not in good health and it was difficult rearranging furniture as it should be. This is not berating the installer Bruce; he did an excellent job. Hopefully just constructive criticism.

I just received some of the best service Ive ever received in a retail store. My wife and I are from The UP of Michigan and have a seasonal home in Ft. Myers. We decided to do some vinyl plank flooring in our home so we were at all of the box stores simply to get decent customer service but not where it made me say WOW and buy the product. I decided to check online for local flooring stores and FLOORZ was the first place we stopped. Travis was AWESOME. Very knowledgeable, volunteered some tips for he knew I was going to install it myself and even pretty much forced us to take a few full length pieces to make sure it was the right color.....didnt even charge us for he trusted us. I am a retired business owner myself of 35 years and I had one philosophy in business - WITHOUT SERVICE - I AM NOTHING! I felt this same philosophy from the minute I walked in the door. After leaving the 2nd flooring store (which was good as well) I just turned around and went back to FLOORZ. I feel really good about it for when I returned, Travis was gone but the gentleman at the counter says - My son just left for lunch. There was the answer - A Family Owned Business That Cares About a Sale!!! I feel awesome. I supported a family owned small business during this pandemic and they 110% deserve to receive my business. They happily took my money BUT only after they were sure all of my questions were answered. I trusted them so much, I even paid in full for some pieces they have to special order for me. My wife and I walked in to get some carpet replaced, and I was thoroughly impressed with Floorz. Jack was outstanding - very helpful and knowledgeable. We ended up getting several rooms carpeted as well as some rugs made for other rooms. Just a handshake was required - Floorz is a terrific place for all of your flooring needs.
