Helpful knowledgeable staff and selection of current flooring that is impressive.
Stock Development built our home in Hidden Harbor, Fort Myers and contracted Hadingers to do the tiling and hardwood flooring in our home. While the hardwood flooring job was 5 star, the tiling was below 1 star. So I give this review 1 star, especially because of all the hassle we got. The kitchen backsplash was an absolute joke. The tiles were uneven, poorly spaced and badly grouted. We paid Stock over $2k for this option. We caught the tilers here at 10pm at night in almost darkness rushing this job. No wonder it turned out so bad. Our master bathroom floor is a 24 x 24 gloss white tile. It is uneven, has too large spacing and you can see dark brown edges of the clay in the tile. They removed too much grout when finishing up. Stock has them throw a Band-Aid on the job with some epoxy grout wiped on top but this turned out a complete mess. My wife received a visit from one of Hadingers owners or managers called Brad, along with a Stock warranty manager called Dustin. No appointment was made they just turned up out of the blue. My wife wanted to explain about the problems when the Hadingers guy yelled in her face and made her cry. These are the kind of people we had to deal with! Nice bunch! They did a shoddy job and made up a bunch of excuses thinking we would be gullible enough to believe it. Their standards appeared to be very low. They then tried to tell us it is because the home builder (Stock) does not pay them enough. Well... thats not our problem. We paid huge amounts for these options. In the end Hadingers would not communicate with us. The kitchen backsplash was eventually torn out and redone but not after a very long fight involving our attorney. The bathroom floor has not been fixed. Like I said, the guy that did our hardwood flooring was great, unfortunately however I would never recommend this company.
Super friendly staff. No pressure at all to purchase. We had a great experience! Prices are very competitive.
Best price for LVP anywhere. Had an issue with damaged planks due to shipping/packing. Sent Kenny a photo and explained what caused the problem. He immediately agreed and started a claim which was fulfilled with in a week. Thanks Kenny!
Beautiful store, unfortunately salesperson not very astute. Will be looking elsewhere.
Wondering experience. Non pressure. Agent works within your needs and budget.
We recently remodeled our Kitchen and went to Hadinger looking for a backsplash. Had no idea what I wanted. Just knew I wanted something different, but not gaudy. Spoke with Kim at the Ft.Myers location. After looking at a number of options, Kim zeroed in on exactly what I was looking for. The backsplash was installed yesterday and it looks awesome. Different, yet elegant, and exactly what I was looking for. Not only is Kim creative, knowledgeable and professional, she is an absolute joy to work with. If I could give 10 *s, I would.
No business can satisfy 100% of the customers 100% of the time. What separates good businesses from great ones is how problems are resolved. The staff, owners and installers of Hadinger Flooring worked very hard and professionally with us to solve our issue in the most convenient manner possible. I am today a very satisfied customer and highly recommend this company!
Many thanks to Bill Haddaway for arranging for the work to be done on my soft floors in my living room. Such a great job. His crew was professional and hard working and I am so happy with the result. Thanks again Bill.
We were looking all over the place for area rugs, checking places from Lowes to carpet stores. We had seen Hadinger commercials on tv so we made that one of our stops and glad we did. They had a good selection of area rugs, most cost more than we were planning to spend, up to just under $1,000 for 10x11 rugs. However they are having a red tag sale on about half the rugs and we found a beautiful 10x11 rug on sale for $199 regular $920. This is a heavy pile wool rug with a pattern.Rugs in other places including Old Time Pottery where their large rugs were $129 and very low grade, $225 at Lowes.Had it not been for the sale we would have not made the purchase but at that price you cant pass that by, just about $700 dollars who could. If you are looking for quality area rugs check them out.
Had a friend that worked there very professional and very clean store
Unprofessional, limited manpower so many delays, let condo mess daily, lack on-site project mgmt, poor follow-up.
