Having transplanted to FL from NC, we found our home within two months and when we made the purchase, the home had new carpet. Not carpet we may have chosen, but new carpet nonetheless.Couple months ago we finally decided to part with our not so new carpet and tile a portion of our home and re-carpet all of the bedrooms. This is when and how Wayne Wiles Flooring and Carpeting comes into play.Our sales person, Mike, was great from our initial meeting, measuring and follow up chats. We love the new tile and appreciate having all of our bedrooms match with carpet you love to walk barefoot on. Our jobs supervisor was great, all installers were friendly and professional, along with knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions.All in all, A+.

We flew down to Florida on a limited schedule to replace all the floors in our condo. We had demo scheduled for Monday; VLP installed on Tuesday and Wednesday; and carpet installation on Thursday. Wayne Wiles Flooring did not miss a beat! Our sales representative, Kim Slagle scheduled the entire project 3 weeks out and everything was accomplished as planned. We replaced two rooms of nasty carpet with LVP flooring with Wayne Wiles and did the entire thing over email and phone. The floors look beautiful installed. Price was reasonable but the service was stellar. We will definitely do business again with them when future needs arise.

My salesperson was Michael Esposito and he did a great job from start to finish. He helped in my search for carpet and flooring and was an excellent communicator. The carpet install went smoothly and everything looks great. I shopped price before I placed my order and Wayne Wiles beat the competition.

Wayne Wiles was amazing and my salesperson LIz Davall was incredible. She took the time to come and measure and has a very good eye to help also color matching and choosing the best product. I loved the fact that the price included moving the furniture, the quarter round and full service treatment. Their employees were wonderful and knew exactly how to lay the Coretec flooring. They had a great selection and I ended up with an In-Stock Coretec floor. Amazing. The salesperson LIz stood out from all the other companies I considered!

I had Wiles install a very expensive carpet in 3 bedrooms, in 2014, which looked beautiful and still does. The master bedroom humped up in two places so I called Wiles and they said they would stretch for $425.00. I had a recommendation of someone else that would do it for one half. To my amazement the padding I had paid for was not existent allowing the carpet to shift around. I was not hers to inspect it at the time, so buyer beware. William Hobbs

Both salespeople were not helpful. Did not greet you. I to.d them I ordered flooring on Home Depot and she said “wearenot Home Depot”. The man sitting at the desk seemed totally bored. Will never go back

They made an appointment to install my carpet to arrive between 8 and 10. They were a no show and did not call me. I’m getting another company now!

Worked with Dale Fetterman. Dale was thorough, had good follow through, very knowledgeable on the product. Highly recommend Dale. Purchased carpet from Wayne Wiles previously. Went back to them again and received the same great service. Installers showed up on time, did very good work and cleaned everything up- including vacuuming.

Some of the worst customer service I have experienced in SWFL. Avoid the salesman David Moore. He lies frequently, changes his story to cover up his mistakes and engages in bait and switch pricing schemes. At the end of the day, we got a below average tile job with a lot of headaches and excuses for their bad work. I was willing to pay above market rate to get better workmanship. Instead I overpaid for below average installers. You can find much better prices and craftsmanship elsewhere.

Beautiful showroom and lots of inventory. Horrible customer service and if you get Ken Lachmann as a salesman, run. He dropped the ball on my order and then told me nothing but lies.

Great family business. We bought over 900 sqft of wood plank tile and 1300 sqft of carpet from Wayne Wiles for a remodel and had a great experience. The staff was helpful and accommodating. I recommend Andrew, he was on top of it and worked hard to see it through to the end.

Wiles floor coverings carpeted our lab ten years ago (it is a high traffic area) and to this day, still looks brand new. So we ordered carpet to do our library and hope in the future to annually carpet every classroom with Waynes Wiles Floor Covering. The service was excellent and we appreciate the knowledge of the sales representative.

I dealt with sales person Dale Fettermen who came to our condo to measure our flooring. We decided to buy the flooring and install it ourselves. We ordered the recommended 41 boxes of Luxury Vinyl Planking (LVP). At the end of our install, out of the 41 boxes Dale sold me I had used only 32. 9 boxes out of 41 never opened. 10 days ago I tried to return them to the store but Dale said that they didnt take these back normally but he would check with the manufacturer. Well 10 days have gone buy and not one call or email. I guess its time to stop playing the nice Canadian and get ugly.Update. Rocco Novinskey, the sales manager contacted me to offer a full refund. I returned the product and they credited my charge card. Thank you Rocco. Problem solved
