Just a quick visit to drop off some literature for a company we do electrical work

Absolutely disgraceful customer service! Called 3 times to get service. Spoke with a supervisor who promised service next day. That never happened. Called back at 8 a.m and asked to speak to the supervisor and was told he was on a conference call and he would call me back. YEAH OKAY! That never happened. I asked them to specifically not send me certain items and sent me exactly what I asked them not too. At this point I’m convinced it was intentional. Never received a call back from anyone. Just horrible service and products I did not ask for! That office needs to be shut down and be under new management. Making sure all of my local retail stores in my network are aware and we will reduce service through cintas. Will also be reaching out to the corporate office today.

My husbands uniforms are from this company. Yes the uniforms are very well made and are made of a very comfortable fabric the problem i have with this company is it took almost 3 months to receive 13 shirts and 1 pair of paints and two jackets. Its been 6 1/2 months now and still only 1 pair of paints. Its sad because he pays out of his check and he dont have but one set of uniforms

If I could give 0 or negative stars I would. Incompetent office staff and reps that have no idea what they are doing. It will be the longest and unhappiest 5 years of your life being stuck in a contract with them. Consider this a warning from one business owner to another, and dont bother using GK either, they are now owned by Cintas. Youve been warned!

Tried to get uniforms for my Company wouldnt take my references and said I hadnt been in business long enough...Are you kidding me TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! PISTOL PETES TIRES

Uniforms come back dirty.We are a repair shop for RVs and trucks.They told us we make the uniforms to dirty. The uniforms come back so dirty you can wipe them down with a paper towel and it turns black.
