I bring my granddaughter for anime staff, they have lot. There really nice people help us . very organize .

I guess if you want to look at is anime it would be five stars, However I was looking for the T-shirts that hot topic is famous for and they were not there. The staff never wants to ask to help us or seem to engage at all. Would rather order online and wait for the delivery then go back.

Its hot topic. Goth clothing, anime is now mainstream, still need a section for extra extra large people. But otherwise enjoyable

Awesome store! Theyre always very organized and willing to help. Friendly staff and have a great selection of anime, Disney, and urban wear and accessories.

The store itself is fine but not large enough to display their product sufficiently without straining your neck as everything goes up about 10 ft against the wall, perhaps to save on space. The collectibles are stacked extremely high and require staff to assist which can be frustrating if your looking for a quick purchase.Aside from that this is a more mediocre hot topic with little to offer from its online platform.

Wish they had more in-store plus size stuff, but other than that, the people there are always kind and helpful!

Always love just walking through but they dont have much for gauges and there werent any good sales 😕

I still have a Hot Topic T-shirt from 1990ish. I dont see todays purchase lasting that long but still cool stuff

Good store, lots of selection, but lack of stock. Saw a few shirts I really liked but had very limited sizes available.During this covid period, they had a strict policy of 15 people only in store. Appreciate their effort in maintaining social distancing in that store since its a pretty small store to begin with.

I love the variety of anime merchandise and when they have sales you can get amazing discounts! Love that the store limits the number of people that can shop it makes me feel safe like they are looking out for us. Good for you Hot Topic for stepping up in this crazy times we are living in.

You guys have the coolest shirts ever! My husband loves them and every time he finds at least 2 that we buy. Im still waiting for the perfect Aerosmith shirt but not in black please. I would also like to find sugar skull tank tops in small. My husbands only complaint is that most of the shirts he likes come only in black. The staff is super friendly and eager to help. Keep up the good work guys!

Ive been to several hot topics in my days and never been to one the played so much rap and radio music.

The employees are super friendly and its my favorite store to go to for clothing

Friendly staff; but the floors were covered in litter.

Store was messy things were all over the floor.

To be honest it was kind of boring, same old junk in the store.

My daughter loves this place.

Place order online, and got email part of oder I had to pick up at store. Then got email they were working on the order. Got email stating there was $ due. I called paid and they said order should be ready. Finally got email that said order was ready and called to verify, order was ready and what time could I pick it. Associated that answered phone stated order not ready yet. Email said they would hold order until the 26th. I showed up and my order is not there. Management could not give me a time or a reason as to why I was not called or where my order was. If you buy from HOT TOPIC due it in store or have it mailed to you. This is too much, and all I got was contact customer service.

Ok hot topic is a great store but it used to be more gothic. I was disappointed that it changed so much and was all anime and no goth. Plz go back to the basics. But the customer service was very friendly

Love this store. The staff is helpful and friendly and the selection is great! I go here more than necessary just because I love the vibes and even their sales are 10/10.its a tight store and yet anytime I’ve been in busy or not it’s organized and has been merchandised very well.

They are so friendly. I always buy nail polish there. They have cute bottles shaped like skulls and their prices are awesome. I also love their bath bombs.

The little emo boy in me has been coming here for YEARS. Great staff, they stock a lot of awesome stuff. My go-to place for skinny jeans.

Its pretty edgy but its fun. They sell random stuff including clothes, collectibles, music, candy, hair dye, jewelry, etc. What they sell changes based on whats currently popular in music, video games or TV. They almost always have something anime, Disney, or Harry Potter related. My only complaint is that it is always so crowded and hard to navigate, but its crammed into a small section of the mall so I dont really expect that to change.

Came here mainly for other members of my party but the staff there were very nice and helpful. Facility was well kept and clean.

Usually take my female friends here, its a hot topic. Basic sizes, basic display, basic everything but theres always a sale. Good place in the mall.

Large selection of shirts in music groups and bands. My only complaint is if you need 3xl or bigger shirt good luck. 3xl are hard to find and sometimes fit and look more like 2xl. Aside from that wide selection of music t shirts and clothing

As the mom of a teenager, I shop at Hot Topic a lot. They always have great customer service! The items may be a little pricey, but they have sales and the staff always make you aware if what discounts are available.
