Have been to this location many times, and I have to say truly everyone there is amazing! The manger Drew is always keeping a eye on everything. I think he literally greets every person that walks in and says hello! I see every associate helping customers, getting shoes, ringing others up and cleaning as they go!! Its like a well oiled machine! Everyone works together so well. We have bought over 15 pairs of shoes plus lots of clothing for the entire family. Only complaint is wish more plus size clothing for woman!

Bought my son Jordan’s before school. When he finally wore them, one was very tight. Turns out Foot Locker sent a size 8 instead of two size 10.5. Should have been a no brainer for them to fix, BUT they said he was outside the return guidelines!!! On THEIR mistake they couldn’t even do the right thing.Foot Locker was a company I rooted for! I remember shopping there since I was a kid!!! They lost that trust and any future shoe purchases for myself or three kids.Really disappointed!

Loved it I called ahead to see if they had what I was looking for the gentleman that took my car named Brian was so kind as to look for me let me know they had it put it aside for me and waited until I came to the store in person for me to purchase what I needed the best customer service Ive ever had

I went to this footlocker looking for some sketchers shape ups and was approached by the assistant to the assistant manager (I think his name was Justin). He said he was going to help me pick out shoes and I ended up leaving after having tried some shoes on because of him. He kept looking at my feet strangely and I watched him in the back smell one of the shoes I had just tried on. He is a creep and I won’t be coming back.

BAD BUSINESS BAD BUSINESS CHARGED ME 150 PLUS TAX THEN I WANTED TO CHANGE TO A PAOR FOR 130 THE NEXT DAY THEY CHARGED ME 30 MORE DOLLARS

Good service at this location. A tad pricey but you already know that.

Staff was quick too help, assisted me in finding what I was looking for.

Brandon was great! Fast and helpful with my special order that is being delivered straight to my house!

I called the local store because I was having a hard time with the link and asked if I came in could they order the shoe in store for me. The man stated he could do nothing for me. Too bad I went to another store to make my purchase. I paid $10 more but received very good customer service.

Terrible customer service and their employees have no clue about store policies. The store is terrible and customer service on the phone is terrible. Never again shopping with them. You are better of finding your nearest Macy and locating finish line inside. Bye Felicia.

Horrible customer service. Asked to get a shoe in my size, and the guy completely forgot about me when there were no people around. So rude! Never going in there again.
