I recently had new countertops installed by Absolute Granite, I installed Argento, by Pompei, I decided to go with Quartz and it was well worth it. I would highly recommend Absolute Granite in Ft Myers if anyone is looking to do a kitchen renovation please go there first you will not be disappointed. I had a really great experience using Absolute Granite for my kitchen remodel. Everyone I worked with was extremely nice and patient with my many template date changes. They were all very professional from the receptionist to the installers. I received my quartz in record time after the template was made at my home. Carlos and Eric came out and installed it and it looks wonderful. I will be using them again in the future. The best service and product you wont be sorry going with them.

This is a model service company. From the moment we were greeted with a smile in their showroom, to the uninterrupted time my wife and I had in their plentiful granite yard, to the free in-home measuring, to the hour long consultation in their granite yard to make sure they were cutting our granite slab with the patterns to our liking, to the 4 hour installation with 2 installers, to the beautiful finished product. The whole price took exactly 7 days! What is not to like about this company!

We recently had a Pure White Quartz countertop installed by Absolute Granite. They were on time - measured and installed within a few days. Their help in the showroom in making a selection and their workmanship were excellent. They removed the previous granite tops quickly and easily without damaging any back splash. We had looked into several granite places shopping to replace our granite. After stopping at Absolute Granite and meeting with Fernando who showed us around discussing several material options using either granite, quartz, etc. and the pros and cons of each. We were very impressed with him and the extraordinary amount of time he spent with us. The pricing options of the granite grades were quite a bit lower from our previous stops with other competitors. After several trips, we decided on the slabs needed for our kitchen. In no time at all, exact measurements were taken of our counter tops. Within 2 days the granite was being installed by Peter and Alberto. These two men were very proficient with the installation. The following day there was a small issue with the grouting. Within two days Absolute Granite came back out and corrected the problem. We couldn’t be any happier with the quick service and friendly staff from Absolute Granite and would highly recommend them.

Absolute Worst should be the name. We had countertops and backsplash put in over a year ago. Called them many times to come fix the outlets on the backsplash. Won’t return our calls! They glued the outlet covers to the granite!!! And one of the outlets isn’t even secured to the backsplash!! It’s just hanging there. I sent them emails with the pictures and called many times. Won’t even return my calls! I’d give 0 stars if I could.

We picked our quartz material for new bathroom vanities in their yard. They had great selection.The countertops were produced and installed quickly. The beauty is awesome.

We used this company on the advice of our contractor. We purchased quartz for both of our bathrooms. Upon the first subcontractors installing the quartz in our master bath, they without asking used a clear caulk. After a short period of time it began to mold and mildew, turning black. Upon calling Absolute they stated it was our contractor who should have explain whether we wanted caulk or grout. When we explain the subcontractors installed the caulk without asking or our knowledge until it was completed, there was no response. Upon contacting our contractor they advised it was not their responsibility but they would fix the issue, which they in fact did, thank goodness for an honest trustworthy contractor. Also, after completion, we had a large amount of water running onto the floor outside the shower. Upon our own inspection, the threshold under the door had not been caulk or grouted allowing water to run out of the shower onto the floor. Our contractor who ultimately fixed the issues discovered Absolute had not caulked or grouted under the shower bench either. Second bath went without issue since we dealt directly with the contractor and the subcontractor who installed the quartz had the sense to ask what we were gonna do with the joints. Our contractor has since stopped using this company due to many issues and them not taking responsibility for any of their mistakes by their subs. Would not use this company again.

I cannot even describe how awesome Absolute Granite is! This is the third time we have used them, and we’ve always been extremely pleased. The girls are all so knowledgeable and pleasant. The granite choices are plentiful, the prices very reasonable, and the service is superb! When I asked for more brown to show in my granite, they offered for me to come back and see the template that had been placed on the slab to be sure I was satisfied. My kitchen had a tough bar configuration, and they took so much time making the template to be sure it was perfect. The installers were on time, efficient, and so competent. If I didn’t know where the seam was, I’d never be able to find it! I will definitely continue to use Absolute Granite for any countertop work I ever need.

Improper templating, worse cutting to the template, damaged walls shoving quartz countertops into place in the kitchen in multiple places because countertops too wide for the spaces. Cant use the bathroom faucets. Cut holes for the sink faucets too far back from the sink edges. In laundry room cut quartz into trapezoid, but the walls were perfectly rectangular. We had to install a quartz curb to cover the caulking because our backsplash tile wouldnt cover the horrible job. General contractor demanded we use this company because they did such a quality job for him.

Hector and Alberto installed granite in my home.I was very very happy with the installation, a few days later I noticed a couple of small issues ....they came right back out, they addressed the issues with the smile on their face ...happy to help, and let me know that if I ever need anything and if any other issues ever arise ...they are here for me. wow!how nice is it to deal with a company that truly takes pride in their work and cares so much about doing the project correctly, as if it was there own home....thank you.

We needed a hole drilled in our granite counter top to place a water filter faucet. I called multiplecompanies who did not return my call or simply said no, too small a job, or that they would not drillinto granite that they didnt sell. Absolute granite quoted the price, set up my appointment and senttheir insurance info to our property manager quickly. They showed up as scheduled and completed the jobquickly and neatly. Thanks!

Although we took very good care of our granite counter tops and loved how they looked one section developed a mysterious darkening everywhere but on the edges. We called and the company worked with us trying to remove the stain, the manager coming to our house several times in person. When everything failed to solve the problem he helped us to replace the counter tops at their cost. I think this is remarkable service and highly recommend them.

Absolute Granite was great to work with from start to finish. Two bathroom counters and sinks were installed the week after we chose the granite. We were very pleased with their work and would definitely use them again for another job.

We picked an Exotic granite. It is beautiful. The installation was flawless BUT there was a flaw in the granite and after it was inspected by an Absolute employee there seemed no remedy. It is a sticky spot about the size of a quarter. They claimed that I waited too long to inform them of the problem however they waited the same amount of time to inform me of a mistake in the billing and that I owed them an additional $600.00. I paid it immediately even though I had a fully paid receipt. I feel they made little or no effort to resolve my granite problem. Ergo a 3 star.

Would give negative star if possible. Just had new bathroom counters installed. The quartz is very dull. Looks oxidized. Backsplash cut to short so pieced two pieces together on the backsplash. Still too short so cut blocks to fill in the corners. Not happy

My wife and I over the past two years renovated four of our Sanibel Island rental condos making totally open kitchens with eating bar all surfaces with granite including countertops in both bathrooms. We worked with Kenia who assisted us in answering questions and selecting the correct type of granite. She was very pleasant,personal and professional. Delivery and installation was well done and on time. V

Over priced and added addition cost to finish the job made me feel like I was being nickeled and dimed! Very poor communication from the office. Worst granite experience I ever had. I would suggest going any where else.

This company is awesome. I used them to do my condo bathroom granite countertops, then 2 years later my kitchen remodel granite countertops and sinks in our home, then 2 years later the bathroom and laundry room granite countertops in our second home. Each time I was thrilled with the results. Kenia was wonderful to work with, so professional and incredibly knowlegable. In fact I showed her a photo of the existing kitchen granite in our new home and she recognized it and said they had remnants I could use to add a backsplash, which we did. I bought my new beautiful stainless kitchen sinks and faucets from them, for a seamless installation. They worked with me on timing, so I could get certain things done before the installation. They were happy to make a change I requested in my layout after they came to install, and even encouraged it because they said it would look better. That was amazing to me, because it would have been easier for them to disagree. But they really want the install to be the best it can be. Their prices are fantastic compared to other places. They let you choose the specific section of the slab of granite you want to use for a counter. They even let me describe exactly where I wanted the seam in the counter, even though it meant they had to carry a much bigger piece of granite up my stairs. There was no mess removing my tile countertop. They were ever so careful. I really cant say enough good things about them.

Not a great experience and not as good as my kitchen granite or dining room granite. I would look elsewhere if I could repeat.
