Need to work on taking customers in the order they arrive. Sad that not everyone can be patient, wait their turn & courteous, so others get burned, and overall you lose out on big sales. I know it wasn’t a judgement call, it was more of customers walking right in demanding attention & lying by saying they had been waiting. That being said, staff should pay careful attention to these things, or have a better system in place for it like a log. After the three times of witnessing that, took my business else where, and they happily assisted and made a great sale.
Went today to get an engagement ring. Even though I cant get or transmit COVID. They insisted I wear a mask. No big deal. I now have an appointment at the diamond district.
Great help! Didnt have what I wanted in store ( online exclusive) but Allie was pleasantly enthusiastic, crafty with size fitting, and resourceful.
I had 17 rings inspected and sent out to be resized. Corrine and all the employees took a lot of time and made the process very easy. I highly recommend this Zales location.
Treated like I had the plague. I use to swear by this jeweler. Not anymore!!! I have never been treated so poorly. Would not recommend!!!Purchased a wedding set, paid extra for the insurance, Zales requires that we have the rings inspected every 6 months. First inspection since Covid. I have a medical condition and cannot wear a mask. I was aware that they would not allow me in the store, so I went to glass counter on the mall side so I didnt have to go in. I had all my paperwork and the rings in a box for zero contact, as I understand and try to be courteous of everyones health. Ive had plenty of great experiences with this long term employee, however today I was treated like I was less than a rabbit dog. Had I been wearing a mask, she would have had exactly the same contact w/ my rings, yet acted like my jewelry was infected with Ebola and almost ran away from me after returning the rings to me in the same fashion.

Love love their jewelry. I hope bought A LOT of jewelry from Zales. I just wish the staff didnt look at people like they cant afford to shop there. We shopped with Michelle every time we went there but she left. Michelle was awesome! The rest of the staff should have took notes from her on how to treat customers.
This used to be my favorite jewelry store. But ever since COVID started, they have become incredibly rude and unprofessional. Ill never shop there again! I hope your paranoia is worth losing my business forever!
Went to this location to pick up my bracelet and ring. Service was the worst! There was at least 2 sales person with one couple and completed ignore me. Will not be back to this location.

First of all I went to many jewelry stores before I went to Zales. I wanted to purchase a simple necklace. I went to the store 3 times before I purchased it. Steve the manager, helped me by educating me on stones, settings, etc. He knew my price range and let me know about sales. I never felt rushed or pressured to purchase. The day I did buy the piece I worked with the assistant manager who truly gave me her opinion,and made the whole experience memorable for our family. Thank you so treating us so special.

I will never shop with Zales again, for the second time I order and wait, and wait. Your shipping is a joke! Why even have 2nd day shipping, if you cant honor it. Here I am 2 weeks later, no gift for my SO. Im so glad I can get something else in time. I guess Zales is stuck in the year they were founded maybe the Pony Express is delivering my package.

Zales mandates for employees to wear masks, but none of the employees were wearing them today (they had masks underneath their chins). My fiancé was going to buy a wedding band but we didn’t go into the store.

This place is an absolute joke. The employees act like you are inconveniencing them every single time you go in. I wish we never purchased from this store, I highly recommend that if you’re purchasing from them, DONT! If you ever want any assistance after you spend a large sum of money, this is not the place to go. I would have given zero stars if possible.
I love zales came in for a wedding band set and Drew who works there took his time with us, made us laugh made some small talk made us feel very comfortable being there, if anyone decides too shop here ask for Drew he will take care of you . I Promise
