New Erra created a beautiful custom front door for us. It is the most beautiful front door we have ever owned. A true work of art! In addition to the beautiful door the staff at New Erra are wonderful to deal with. They were responsive, professional, very customer focused, and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend them!

Was looking to replace 3 doors. Went to New Era office and selected my choices. Agreed to the $9k estimate. Scheduled a home visit but their tech failed to show. Over 2 months after starting this process I receive an email stating they are not going to do my job because they do not have adequate staffing. Completely unprofessional and unreliable.
