Always the best...service and parts

Dropped my truck off on a Thursday. Check engine light and needed wiper assembly replaced. Picked it up a week later and I was leaving, engine light came on again. Different from the original and they fixed it in 30 minutes. Best place in Fort Myers to take your truck. Never had any issues, always top notch with communication.

Rude and disrespectful. Truck ends up in shop more then it is on the road.

Best service and the prefered chioce

My experience was strictly with the service department. I had another fuel issue and I called this location and spoke with the service manager Mike. I explained to him what I was experiencing and he told me to bring my truck in and hell take a look at it. 2 hrs later I was back on the road. Great group of guys!!!! Thanks Mike and the service department for getting me back on the road.

Can come here for parts...unfortunately they werent able to help me on this visit but thats ok nobody else could help me with what I needed at that time

The Clewiston location didnt have a tech employed at this time. So Ft Meyers sent one to fix my truck, at THEIR shop. They charged me the road call rate and marked the parts up over normal retail too. Worst customer service.

Wonderful people work here! I had a flat tire close by had a spare but no jack in my van.. They let me borrow their floor jack no questions.. Saved my day. Thnx again guys!

Even though I was never a customer, I knew the previous service manager, Terry Wygonik, for many years. Terry was a mentor to me and I always respected his knowledge of trucking and the diesel industry. Terry was with Palm Peterbilt for quite some time and has always turned out great service with his customers.

Do not expect your repairs to be done on time. Ever. First let me say that we do take our truck here all the time mainly due to the lack of other servicers in the area. That being said practically every time weve taken our truck here weve been down for at least 2/3 days more than they usually promise due to missing parts or just the service department sitting on their bums not getting the truck in. As any trucker knows a sitting truck isnt making money and with repair bills coming in (this place is not cheap) this can be a HUGE problem.The repairs, when done correctly and thoroughly, are done well. However for the most part they will ONLY fix the part/issue discussed and not troubleshoot what could be causing it/effected by it, resulting in more problems and more down time later on. If you have an APU this location has been known to turn them off while the trucks are being serviced and not turn them back on after allowing for batteries to be dead upon pick up.Basically, if you have no choice, fine. Take your truck here. BUT be on top of the repairs while its in. Stop in every day or two to check on your truck and the repairs and speak with the shop people. Until management there gets their people under control this is the best bet to save you time and money.

After making an appointment we were told our wait was 1-1 and a half hours. Only needed a diagnostic check. 2 hours later was told by inquiring about how long it might be would only push us further down the line. Rude as hell. 15 minutes later we were told upon asking again that their computers were down. So we wasted time at this rude company!

NO WE DONT JAKE IN PARTSDo we have time to be playing games going back and forth not getting an accurate answer?NO WE DONT JAKE IN PARTSJAKE IN PARTS..if i havnt mentioned it clearly enough, needs to update his customer service, learn how to order parts correctly, learn how to give an accurate date and time, and a bit of respect, why not right?For over 2 weeks my truck has been sitting waiting for the same part that JAKE IN PARTS promised at first it will arrive in 3-4 business days i said ok that is fair. 4 days later oh theyll be here next monday for sure . No worries just a bit if a delay. Called monday i dont see them ill give you a call ok now im bothered and no call next day. Called again theyre in illinois uhh ill order them for over night and should be here tomorrow finally this guy is trying now. They havnt came in ill give you a call tomorrow at 11am next day no call and I CALLED at noon asked for JAKE IN PARTS, went on hold and got a fellow named Will. I originally asked JAKE IN PARTS for 2 parts which one was in stock and the other was not which is the one ive been waiting for 15 DAYS NOW. My man Will looks up the part numbers and... none of them are in the store and offers to place them on order and will arrive in 3-4 days..I dont know if JAKE IN PARTS was too busy twirling his thumbs or sucking you know what in his office which is on the far right corner when you walk in, but i highly doubt he even placed the order or even looked on his computer.I look forward to reading Richard Demerss reply to this and him giving you, JAKE IN PARTS, a little talking.Have a nice flippin dayUpdate: till this day have never heard of a word from JAKE IN PARTS. He has my number and hasnt given me a call about my order he supposedly placed. Not sure if its been a month yet but its gotta be close. Already recieced what i needed from abother dealer though same day i made this review. But will be giving a call to Richard Demer in the morning though to give him the information he needs.Advice to JAKE IN PARTS: Dont piss off a truck driver, worst you can do to one is waste their time because, time is money and money is thousands!

Called with a couple of minutes to closing. Needed a relay which parts confirmed they had in stock. Told them I was 2 miles away and asked if they could wait. They told me no. Had to delay my load costing me $1300.00. Literally 2 miles away at the Pilot!

This people suck! More expensive than the rest of the dealerships around! I bought a product here $20 more expensive than the TAMPA Store and this guy told me to be careful because the TAMPA store sells this product but could be Chinese. Are you kidding me?
