I cant find part here .international is terrible keeping part for older truck
Wayne Baldwin did an exceptional job getting us up and going again in our RV. Brought it in on a Mon. and picked it up Thursday by mid day. Those that own RVs know this is a triumph. Great job international!!!@
Dropped a truck off April 29th for an ABS module issue causing an alarm to go off. They replaced a $2700 part 7 months ago causing this problem. Called them on May 6th to find out they have not even looked at the truck yet and got excuses about how they are still looking at trucks that arrived days before ours, but then I see reviews on here about someone dropping off an RV on May 3rd and getting it back on the 6th. I was hoping that since it was not Wallace anymore something would change, but this has been a problem with extremely slow service for years. The new management clearly isnt any better than the old, assuming it even changed with the new owner.
Very friendly and efficient, was told by other shop atleast a 1 week wait to change a starter,this place got me in and out in a day...
Do not do business with this company.

Terrible customer service, didn’t want to help me find a part number because I was there 10 min before closing so they decided to tell me they can’t find the part number, from one of there trucks, I did provide my vin number, obviously they just wanted to go home faster and that’s why they didn’t help me with anything.

Horrible! Lost a week of productivity. Towed in for a starter after hours on Friday. Provided keys at 8 AM Saturday. They did not look at the truck until Wednesday. Ordered part but didn’t install it Thursday then low and behold “a new issue” is discovered during test drive on FRIDAY. Again order parts, installed on Monday and returned the truck Monday close of business. 9 days for a starter issue. Avoid this dealership if at all possible.
I try and be fair, always, but my experience with Wallace International has not gone well. I am not mad, just very disappointed. I took my bus there for an oil change. They said it needed a water pump and carrier bearings. I said fine, fix it.Getting it home it stalled and acted funny. When I got home I found the radiator was VERY low on coolant, and it was throwing coolant related error codes. I find loose hoses, loose brackets, a foot long chunk of rubber hose left in the engine bay. When they removed the nose they broke the mount on the drivers side nose mirror (which now shakes like mad when you drive it). They removed, or knocked off my code reader and now the screen is messed up.I asked, several times, specifically for them to change the water separator filter in the fuel line - they didnt.I asked specifically for them to replace the upper and lower radiator hoses - they didnt.BOTTOM LINE:With so many things either not done, left un-done, and broken, I just dont trust them. I now have to check everything they did, every nut, every bolt, every clamp. How else can I be sure??As I said, Im not mad, just very disappointed – I was hoping Wallace would be a trusted place to take my bus.UPDATE:John from Wallace Service came by the house, was very nice, topped off the coolant. I explained the issues, he looked over the bus, John was very professional. I upgraded the review from One Star to 3 stars.
Do not buy here period! I bought a truck (Clean Cut movers) and a competitor of mine (Nash movers) bought a truck here at the same time. We both got screwed and were given the same line. Guess what? We are eating 10k in repairs. I have met 4-5 other companies who have been screwed by Doug the salesman. You made the wrong enemy bud. I gave you many chances to make it right, with it partially coming out of my pocket. Now you will see what it will cost you.
I dropped the truck off in fort Myers and they provided me with a ride back to Bonita springs free of charge. Good customer service in my opinion.

As the owner of a trucking company, we need to keep our trucks in top notch condition. We always have Wallace International service our trucks. They are very professional, and has always been honest about whats wrong. I would highly recommend them.
Couldnt find out issue with truck.Went somewhere else and it took five minutes to figure out a fuse problem.
If you want to spend 10x the amount you should pay then this is your shop. I was told my AC needed 3,000 dollars of work done, after I say it was too high then they come down to 2400. I bring my truck back to my shop and it only needed 500 dollars of work done. These people are crooks beware.
Bubba went above to get me the freezer truck I needed. The truck was clean and very well equipped.

Should be Zero....had A/C fixed in April 2015, went 5 weeks and it failed again, I dropped off my truck on 6/19 and it took them three weeks to get parts and get it together ........last time they didnt even call me for two days after the truck was completed........ posts above are on point, you call Lenny and know one knows whats going on with your truck...God Awful ......
With the VIN number and they still sell me the wrong oil seal. POS truck.

(AVOID THIS PLACE)By far this is the worst place to take your truck I have a prostar and have had multiple issues with there service department the owner can boast all he wants about his staff but truth is his staff is rude as far as service department goes nobody there has a clue what or how to even fix a truck went in for them to fix my regen system said it was all good to go went to maine and had to do a regen and it didnt even work called there service department and was told to take it to the nearest shop iam like no this should have been fixed when it was in there shop I paid over a 1000 that day for crap! AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT AT ALL COST!!!!
