After multiple supply houses no one wanted to help me. Simple phone call to Grainger took care of my issue. Customer service is EXCELLENT. Highly recommend GRAINGER of fort Myers .

Grainger is a convenient place to order. Only hiccup was wrong part was sent but they changed it right away when I arrived.

Ordered screen and spline was told a week. On the day the stuff was to be available after not getting the email that said it was ready for pickup. I called after loosing half a day with the screening crew which i had to pay for. I called Grainger at 4:15 to find out what was wrong. The lady put me on hold, came back and apologized that no email was sent but that my order was ready for pick up. Next morning drove 1.5 hours to get to the store to find out it is not there. Now have had to release the screening crew with very little hope of getting them back.The absolute worst. Well at least it was two visits in one, my first and last.

Probably one of the worst customer service experiences I have had in a while. Brought in small motor tried to have matched up, it was wrong. (No big deal it happens) brought it back next week, ohh we need the box it was in. And we didnt put you under an account so we cant do an exchange unless you bring in the original receipt. Ok I can get the receipt, but what if I dont have the box. Reply: to yaaa idk... is there anything you can possibly to do help me out or exchange it... reply: No...

No wonder the parking lot was empty, the guy who helped me seemed to hate his job. I wouldnt go back.
