Everything went well... There was a minor pick-up with install appt, thats why theyre getting a 4, instead of 5. But, all of the Team I dealt with: Juan, Katie, Sandy, Ryan, and Aaron, & Jordan who did the install, were very courteous & professional. My new door is ultra quiet & I am very pleased with it! They have a wide selection, and are reasonably priced. Im glad I got my garage door fully replaced by Overhead Door Co. Thanks to all who work at the Crystal Drive, Fort Myers location... you all are great!!

Excellent job installing new double garage door. The new door looks great and operates efficiently. They even installed the battery backup for my opener that I found when I bought the condominium. I would use them again and recommend them.

Used Overhead to replace several garage openers. Office staff was fast and efficient in getting me options and pricing. Made a decision and Chad was out two days later to install. Installation was quick, clean and above what we expected. In an area where good repair service is hard to find, Overhead was fantastic. Pricing was modestly above what I would have paid to buy the openers from Home Depot and install myself.

I am in the process of buying a home and Overheard installed the garage door 15 years ago. The door is in excellent condition but over the years its building code sticker was lost or deteriorated. I called the office and they were the best. They were able to give me all the details of the door but they went beyond my expectations and sent me a new sticker along with every detail about the job from 15 years ago! Excellent service and I wasnt even your original customer. You have won me over. When I do need a door I wont be looking anywhere else. Thank you!

Garage door opener lasted two weeks before I had to call them to come out. They are coming tomorrow. Lets see what their reason is.I changed it to five stars because Clem did a very good job not trying to sell me another garage door opener. After having gone through two different salesman from two different companies, I was highly skeptical. They replaced the door, as it was under warranty, with a better door. He went out of his way to make sure he didnt have to come back! But thats in a good way.

Service was quick, explained possible concerns, adjusted items .only drawback no mask worn by the garage door man and did not notice, incorrect sprigs had been installed

Thanks to Sandy, Heather and Chad for fixing my possessed garage door. They fit me into their busy Monday schedule and now have a permanent client. I would suggest that you contact them to not only install, but maintain your garage doors.

I found out, on the day of installation, that the special ordered garage door was the wrong size. They expedited the correct one, and had it installed within a week. I could tell that I went with the right company when the problem arose, because they were on it right away....and made me feel like I was a priority. They were always very responsive and polite. Katie and Dale were great to work with. They will get my future business and I will recommend them to my friends and family.

Bought a nice garage door in 2015 here in Ft. Myers from Overhead Garage. Have discovered installer left 3 inches of weather strip off bottom of door. We have rats entering through that gap after hurricane Irma, confirmed by pest controller. Overhead wants $85 plus materials to come fix their bad install. Would look elsewhere for your needs.
