Love this place. They have good food for less. Its like the Payless for food. But much more delicious. Only thing thats can be annoying is that u need a quarter to use a buggie. (Shopping cart, to most ppl) so remember to bring a quarter, dont worry, you will get it back as long as u put ur cart back.

After hearing various opinions about this store, I made a visit one night about 8pm. First impression was not good. No handicap access parking spaces in the front of the store, so getting inside was difficult. Second, the shopping carts were all chained together so I had to scrounge around in the store for one. First impression inside was not pleasant. Filth on the floor -- large spots of jam/jelly, paper detritus, used empty boxes, and black scuff marks, and the smell of vomit near the restrooms. Walking around, I felt as though I were is some post-apocalyptic, third world, last grocery store. Disorganized aisles, food displayed in the cutout boxes it was shipped in, types of the same product spread over 3 aisles, and more. Best points: the restroom was spotless, the cashiers get to sit, mine was Haylie and she was bright, friendly, and enthusiastic in helping me. Overall, I would not return no matter how low the prices are.

I have never had a bad experience at Aldi in regards to the Fort Myers location on US 41 except for today. Cashier whose name was Kiara was extremely rude and was more concerned about her phone then her customers. I had my bread sitting on the top part of the basket and when she refilled my basket she put the orange juice on top and I requested to put the bread on top as I moved the orange juice and I did so politely. She then took the loaf of white bread and roughly handled it, and then roughly through the bagels on top of the white bread. I asked her to be careful as to not squish the white bread and she rudely said its not squashed. I said I wanted to speak to a manager and she replied go ahead I dont care. I will not buy at Aldis again if she works there.

Its ok. Not much ethnic food. Great for basic needs. Food is well priced.

This store needs to be maintained/cleaned more often. No longer enforcing mask policy or cleaning carts. Stocking and cleaning definitely needs to be prioritized. If you want a better shopping experience go to another

Aldi always has a nice selection of produce, baked goods and groceries.

Five stars is my usual rating but today it was a madhouse. The store gets a five but the trip has to get a four and some of the shoppers get a minus rating. There is always decent deals and shelves are stocked. Items tend to go quickly when the deals are to good to not pass up. I should go more often but there is another store so close I couldnt miss it if I threw a rock at it. I always recommend to others if they have never shopped at an Aldis.

Good day for shopping..lots of fall items

I generally like this store and prefer it over other grocery chains in the area. The reason I initially gave it a low score is because of the milk containers. After I complained, they change the containers back to standard gallon size plastic containers. The prices in this store are so much better than any of the other stores around. If you shop here you will save a lot of money.

Aldi just has a good system going. Granted sometimes theyre low on certain things but thats expected. Great place to go if youre trying to buy good quality for a cheap price.

Made it to the store at 759pm, walking towards the entrance it turned 8pm, manager closed the door in my face and walked away, when I told her I just needed to buy bread and milk for my kids. Wont shop at your location, by far the worst management I have come across. Its the 2nd situation in 3 weeks I have seen.

Very inexpensive compared to some other supermarkets. Pretty good selection of food items. Also, great selection of European food items. Bakery and fresh veggies selection could improve; not a lot to choose from. Other than that recommend the place for some great savings.

Great prices compared to Publix, although there’s often a wait at the cash register. The produce is sometimes less than perfect, i.e. some bad grapes in a batch, but overall, my go-to place for groceries.

Store closes whenever the employees feel like no longer working. Different hours daily. Also, unless you have 30-45 minutes to stand in line at the one register they have open, as they never open a second register unless 15 people are lined up down the store isles, I suggest shopping at a decent grocery store. Even Walmart has better customer service and shorter wait times.

I LOVE this place. The prices are absolutely unbeatable. I bought a pork shoulder for 5.50. I thought no way this can be good, its too cheap. I thought it must be half gristle. I took a chance and bought it anyway. It was covered in a thick layer of dry rub seasoning. I cooked it and when it was done it just fell apart. Not only was it not a bad cut, but it was excellent. The bonus is that the stores are so small you can be in and out in under 30 minutes. I love this place. Never going back to Publix.Update: I have indeed gone back to Publix for some things but I grumbled about it the whole time.

My beloved Aldi... the best deals anywhere, their store brand knock offs are almost better than the original products. They have name brand items that are half the price than what you would pay at other stores and they have a special isle with new limited time items that are different every week from gazebos to granite islands for your kitchen all the way down to green houses and composting bins. My favorite and go to store their double back guarantee called Twice As Nice is if you return a product that is damaged or anything they give you a replacement product and your money back! Ive never heard of a store that does this ever.

Everything here is good if you havent tried the fig Newtons to get them theyre freaking awesome and like 88 cents

Everything is cheap, fresh, i know the employees are trying their best to keep things stocked. Store was clean, emplyees are pretty quick. No complaints.

Extremely poor management!! I tried to give this store a chance because some days aren’t good for everyone. The managers are very rude. On top of that, this store seems to always be filthy with the dirt on the floors by the registers. Not sure how anything is sanitary in this store especially during this pandemic. The lines are way too long. They need more cashiers. I will take my money to another store.

I always enjoy going to Aldi; the shopping value is good. It takes a bit of time to figure out which products you like and which you dont. The staff is always friendly, but very busy.

Favorite grocery store in fort Myers!

Very disappointed in this Aldi. I have shopped Aldi in Upstate NY and Palm Beach County since the pandemic began. Both provided sanitized carts or wipes and disinfectant gel. This one had empty dispensers. If youre concerned, remember to bring your own.

Always a good place to shop they keep it cleaned and stocked they take extra precaution to ensure their carts are cleaned and sanitized. Good job team.

The prices are really good, the only problem I had was the stickers that specify which way you can go down an aisle where kind of confusing when you got towards the end of the store. I wont knock down a star because the only reason they need those stickers is an unprecedented pandemic. Fantastic grocery store.

This store is good. They usually have a very good selection of produce as well as meats. I love that you can get different cheeses and specialty Italian meats. The store employees are very nice and helpful if you have questions. It can be super busy at times but for the savings and good selection, its worth having to maneuver through some chaos. The earlier you go the better.

Ive had good luck finding what I need at this Aldi location. Its in pretty popular location, so it tends to be pretty busy. Ive noticed, too, that this location might get slightly different items than another location thats in town. But all things considered, I like it. Its inexpensive but the food choices are delicious. And I cant help it, but I love to look through the seasonal items, gifts, and unique finds isles. I can usually find a great deal on something that I didnt realize I wanted (for example: throw rugs, baskets, womens slippers, pre packaged gift mugs, etc.) Each Aldi store is clean and the associates are friendly and helpful. I save so much by shopping here first. (Like easily saving 25.00 to 30.00 compared to Walmart for the equivalent items. And the fresh fruit and veggie produce is just as good as Walmart!) Happy shopping!

I’ve become kind of addicted to this store. While the quality of its products isn’t the best, the prices for certain products are fantastic. You can’t beat ¢49 for a carton of eggs, or ¢38 for avocados on occasion. There is also a decent array of gluten free products, for those like me who are sensitive. I always enjoy a walk around this store.
