Although this is not the largest Publix I have been to it is one of the cleanest most organized stores that I have been to and their staff is exceptionally happy polite and courteous to a fault. Every section of their store is Exceptional! From Delli to Bakery to Meat and seafood department as well as produce. They have extremely knowledgeable staff who are more than happy to help you with any questions or meal ideas that you might ask about. I would also like to take the opportunity to point out that they are clearly a no judgment Zone as they do not care if you wear a mask or not.

Best supermarket in Fort Myers. An abundance of seafood, vegetables, good meat and everything else👍

This store is amazing! It has everything and wonderful staff. So clean and so well organized.

Its okay as far as Publixs go... One thing I would say about this one in particular though, is that they dont necessarily have the greatest selection comparatively, & they dont seem to keep their inventory stocked up all that well... But overall its not too bad & I havent had any really bad experiences there so I wouldnt not recommend it at least.

I just went to Publix to pick up some items from the meat dept. They did not have any ground pork. I asked one of the butchers, Mike if he could help me. He said, no. If if its not there thats all weve got. I told him in the past when they were out, one of the butchers would get some pork and ground for me. He refused. Guess Publix is caring less about their customers these days.

This is a beautiful Publix! Customer service is always great at Publix but prices are generally a bit higher. Its worth it in my opinion.

The employees here are always nice and friendly and super helpful. Theyre deli always has fresh sub rolls from the bakery.

I have stop visiting Publix as whole. They advertise items on sale and never have them in stock. Its a bait and switch! The deli department is a COMPLETE JOKE. Order cold subs online and they are made wrong. The food in the HOT case is always dried out and when you ask for a fresh version you get a attitude. You get told you must take the dried out food, and then and only then will they make a fresh batch. I am sick of wasting money on food that is not worth the bag its in.

A nice Publix and was just there to pick up my prescriptions but people were friendly and was only in there for a minute or so.

It is slowly becoming normal. The workers are friendly and corteous and eager to help. The store was clean and organized. It was nice to see the drinking fountains running again!

Always have what i need. More expensive than Wal Mart but way better produce and meat. It does get very pack between 11 and 4. Nice employees. Store is clean.

Wonderful employee - Dee at the Deli. Dee went out of her way to accommodate our last minute meeting by providing (3) wonderful deli rings without 24hrs notice (which is standard when ordering catering on deli items) and adding sides of mayo & mustard and lettuce so the sandwiches would not get soggy. Dee is a delightful person who I hope gets acknowledged for her hard work and beautifully personality. Thank you Dee - everyone loved the sandwich rings - big success!! :)

Putting in 2 rows of serve yourself registers. That takes peoples jobs and diminishes customer service. If I wanted to shop at Walmart, I would.Staff is friendly and store is neat.

This Publixs Location has been my Grocery store of choice for over 10 years. The facilities are extremely well maintained and the staff is the best.

A typically wonderful Publix supermarket!All items you would require on a daily basis.Excellent, helpful employees. And plenty of them!They also have what they refer to as an International Isle that does have unique, but rudimentary items, for you to enjoy from other locales.

Staff are friendly most of the time, pharmacy assistant was the exception.

A large portion of the inventory is overpriced. Not being a regular shopper I found it very difficult to find items I was looking for. When I finally broke down and asked for help the employees were very helpful. The buy one get one free deals here are really good. I was very unhappy that I could not buy a single beat. (Do you see what happens when you use voice to text?) The beets were bundled. Bundled in the Jungle. This is probably one of the better groceries in Fort Myers. Winn-Dixie might be on par but that is 10 times as far from me so I really dont shop there very much. I made a special trip to Winn-Dixie to pick up some bottles of Rufus tea touch your feet barbecue sauce. VTT yuck. Rufus Teague Touch o Heat barbecue sauce. Its worth the trip

Terrible, I ordered a simple turkey, cheese, salt and pepper, instead I get a chicken tender sub with banana pepper, lettuce, and mayonnaise. I was very unhappy with the $11 dollars I spent on something I couldn’t even eat. I have severe food allergies l, thus is why I order such a simple sub. I don’t see how something we simple could get so messed up.

Staff was wearing masks and store is very neat and clean.

Today..A loud verbal fight between 2 men while checking out at registers next to each other (started around 4:45on Jan . 6th)...I heard this while still shopping..when I got to check out it was still going on..saw 2 managers standing near registers..in food part..I said you have to do something..I got in line..but would not checkout until the men where gone..I think customers should have been protected..customers should have been pulled back n been protected..what if one of these men had a gunI expect this in walmart..but not Publix..verydisappointed in management

The store is of excellence however Im disappointed in you following the fashion of todays modern society having self checkouts and taking jobs away from women that need jobs and creating a nightmare of technology to the point where we become so dependent that we forget about the relationship and the intimacy of customer service such a shame

I wish I could give five stars however it is always an unpleasant visit to the liquor store. Tom always seems very unhappy… Time and time again I gave him the benefit of the doubt but he is never friendly

This is my Publix. Today I went in and ordered 3 subs during a little bit of a busy time. All of the workers looked happy and ready to help. But my experience was made by Pat. She was friendly and fantastic and made my trip worth stopping by!

You pay for what you get. Great quality, but the age discrimination is getting out of hand if you are under 40 be prepared to be treated like a lower class.

Good. Clean. Employees are very helpful. Comparing to other supermarkets, it gets an 8. Ingles, though, gets a 10. Always a demo going on with tasty samples. I, as a customer, find that I am introduced to a new food product and usually purchase it.

I have been coming to this store for 20 plus years everybody has always been and is still very friendly always fresh from the bakery the meat and deli and the pharmacy people are super some of my meds are free and available in 20 minutes or less I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for .

I love Publix. Used to live in Florida but now I live in Canada. When I visit it is my definite go to grocer. Staff is friendly and helpful.

First time at this Publix, here in fort Myers for training. Got a bagel and asked the bakery to toast it and they refused and said maybe the deli will. Asked the deli and they said they don’t have a toaster but the bakery might. So rude. Why sell fresh bagels if you can’t even toast them? Ruined my breakfast and wasted my money cause I can’t eat a un toasted bagel. I hope this one star review was worth it to your lazy staff.

My husband went to the deli this morning to get a roast beef and mozzarella sandwich. The lady helping him was frustrated with having to slice the cheese, then when he asked for a different piece of bread, because she had cut through it all the way, she got more frustrated and sliced the bread the same again. He than said hes never had anyone be so rude to him and asked for the manager, after she told him the manager was in the back, she finished the sandwich, never getting the manager. Very disappointed, never experienced such rudeness from a Publix employee
