This used to be a great place to find an affordable tool, not anymore. Now they sell Makita and top-tier tools, too rich for my blood. I dont know what happened to their in-house brand. Yeah they have some good deals on some cheap stuff but when it comes to power tools and things like that oh, they just dont have the deals end product they used to. As for other things, their pricing really isnt much different than the box stores

Called about a lawn mower tractor tire. First guy disappeared!!! Guess he needed the toilet!!!!!! Second guy answered & came back, sorry were out with a slight attitude. What happened to Im sorry 😞. Need some tlc like it used to have.

Great Experience! I order a lot of equipment from Northern Tool online but had never been to the store. I ordered a shelving unit and was helped by Bernie. She greeted me when I walked in so I didn’t have to wait for anybody. She answered all my questions and was very helpful in my purchase decision.The loading process was easy too. Ordered item online Im 2 hours from store that I ordered from said two day delivery but free. So what the heck. Saves me a drive. One week later still no delivery checked online item is shipping from texas another 5 day wait. If you need in a hurry dont but here. I just dont understand two day delivery turns into 9 days. Come on whats with this

I have really had a bad experience in this place because I made a purchase of a silent generator and it came out very bad in addition to taking it three times to the store for presenting problems and today specifically a week ago since the last time I left it there in the store and today still do not have the solution to this case and I am still waiting for the answer because I no longer want the generator because they do not work well and what I want is the return of my money because my work depends on

I supply there Honda, and a few of there Kohler products. The store manager and his team are fantastic.Years ago the previous store manager was rude, but hes no longer with the store and replaced by a nicer more friendly gentleman.He was always trying to play 20 questions if you bought an extended warranty and wanted to utilize it. Luckily hes no longer an issue.*I thought this was the north fort Myers location, but this location as well as been nothing but professional to me. Good job guys!

Prices have jumped much higher used to be a regular shopper now I am going to go to Harbor freight because there prices are extremely lower for the same or comparable of a product might use it for certain items that they specialize in but over all used to very be happy not so happy anymore

This store as a whole, is great. New, full of inventory, clean and nice staff. Nothing wrong with this location what so ever. I mainly am leaving a bad review because of the product ratings, THEY ARE LIES! You can not read product reviews or leave them. Try reading them, I dare you. You cant, I have stopped shopping at Nortern Tools because of this. Unreliable products with false review ratings. Prove me wrong please.

The new store is awesome. Aisles are wider, lighting is better, everything seems better organized. Other people, like me, were walking up and down every aisle just to see all the cool stuff.

Its a nice clean convenient place to shop.. its a rather small store but it has a lot accommodate the size.. its never busy... The people that work there a very nice except for one loud obnoxious cashier lady.. I bought a generator in there around hurricane Irma...I was in line... She said that you need to have an ID ...... I asked her why we need an ID to make a purchase... Boy did she look at me like she wanted to rip me to shreds.. she replied . you just do... just get your ID out or you cannot purchase it... I was so embarrassed and upset... Now she yells to the long line everybody have your ID out or youre not getting your generator... That is unacceptable... Maybe that is the rule but it could have been handled a lot nicer.. and quieter... Other than that its a very nice place ..I recommend it

Very helpful and had the product in stock at the South Tamami store. WVisited the North Fort Myers store first and the staff was helpful looking for the product I was looking for which was notin stock, so they called the other store and that store held the product for me till I could pick it up.

Good prices, also convenient to shop online and save on shipping by picking up in store. Employees are very helpful.

I have purchased generators, trailers and other tools with Northern and the service has been above par and I highly recommend their business.

Store was great but never order from the website I ordered a schaffold in the 10th after checking that it was in inventory . Called for check to see if it was going to be delivered on time and was told it was backorded and would not be in before the 28th had to cancel and buy from another store .

Generally speaking, with regard to power tools, they have a great number of options regarding quality, brand, and cost. More options is always a good thing!
