Love going to Sunshine Ace Hardware. I know I can get help when needed, instead of waiting or Searching for help with the big box stores. Whenever I go in there very helpful and nice staff. For instance, I told the guy in the back I saw a commercial of this thing that does this and he said oh yeah we got that right here, it’s a Jack screw. Ok thanks, And it’s not the 1st time. Thanks

Beautiful store, but EXPENSIVE!! They carry Webber, Trager & Big Green Egg grills - but their prices are very high. The smallest BGE was $628!

Love this place! Has everything a competent DIYr needs. Did I mention the grilling section or the fishing department? Great stuff!

I love going to this Ace. Everyone working there is helpful. They generally have everything I need except for some specialty items. I wish they would go back to accepting all coupons because they expire quickly I think and generally I go there when I need something for the house, not always $20.Also, I recently took two chainsaw chains to be sharpened, whoever did it did a really poor job. I cant recommend them for that.

This is an amazing store with amazing customer service. I love all of you! I have to give Sven a special thank you for what he did for me and the great job he did fixing my bed table so it wouldnt collapse on me.Im a disabled senior and my life if on the Internet including seeking a remote position and this horrific table just continually collapsed causing extra pain and time each time. I could never thank Sven enough for what he did to help me, and he did an absolutely beautiful job!! Thank you Sven, my hat is off to you for your work and kindness!

I always feel like I am an inconvenience to the cashier women here. If you try to tell them that a price is coming up wrong on an item or actually anything for that matter they just seem so annoyed with you. I dont know why I keep shopping here, I will no longer continue after my last experience. Oh and I went into the store because it said that they had an item in stock online that I wanted. So I drove there to pick it up and sure enough they didnt have the item I wanted in stock. I ended up having to buy an item similar for more than double the amount. I do not recommend this store to anyone.

Ace is the place! The service here is great. Always someone to help out with finding what you need or just good advice on your repair or project. You wont get that in the big box places. This is reminiscent of the old neighborhood hardware store. They have a great selection of fishing equipment too.

Had a small chip of paint and they thought they could match it. New to the area and had a $10 coupon, that just expired. They accepted the coupon. Once I painted a wall I realized the color was quite a bit darker. Sven gave me color swatches to do a better job to match. When returning with new color, they replaced the paint for no charge. I was so impressed, Sven even walked me to the checkout so he can be sure there was no charge. Very happy with the service at Ace

Love this hardware store and Ace Hardware stores in general. Try to use them when can as opposed to big box stores. Folks very knowledgeable and helpful. Have everything expect from traditional hardware store. Also have really nice fishing section and sell licences. Would highly recommend.

Very pleasant and helpful people. All of my five visits were very short and sweet due to their eagerness to serve customers. Plus inventory is good and prices also. Nice clean, well-organized store!

Be very careful working for a small company like this. They dont go by facts. They go by rumors. They are not a honest company. They round down your minutes you work to their favor. Which is stealing from there people that work for them. They let go of the elderly and replace them with the young. Lying to the employee that they have been written up in the past without their knowledge. Its a very cut throat company.

The store didnt have what we were looking for but Gary took the time to help us find another solution and stayed calm, kind, and helpful throughout our exchange despite a very busy aisle and a limited stock. This place is awesome. I dont know why anyone bothers to go to Home Depot or Lowes when you can real hands on personal service at equally good prices here at Sunshine Ace.We just bought four chairs from them that were outside on disply and because of that they gave us an amazing discount and delivered it within a half hour free of charge.I will always go to Sunshine Ace to find anything I need!

This place is a very nice place... if you need help Erica is the one that will help you ...shes a very nice girl and would go out of her way for you.. all the other employees and very nice too but Erica seems like the best..

The cashier was too busy minding everyone else’s business to pay attention to what she was doing. After listening to her carry on multiple conversations with anyone who got within 10 feet of her register while I waited in line, another cashier came and began taking customers because quite a line had developed. Then when I was next, my cashier put up both hands and said the lady behind me was next. The lady behind me kindly objected and indicated I was next. After some hesitation by the cashier and convincing by me, my cashier agreed to take me next, rightfully. Don’t think I’m returning to this store anymore. Busybody, absentminded cashiers who are insulting to customers have no place here.

I just had the most pleasant experience with two very knowledgeable employees who provided stellar customer service. What started as a dull chore, turned into a comedic production that made my day. The breadth of product choice is vast, the prices are right, and a great staff has ensured that this customer will return again. Thank you for the help ladies!

They are usually almost running you over to ask if you need any assistance in these stores, but. not this one. I went in this one and did not see anyone one, wondered up and down the aisles looking for what I needed but could not find it, and no one to ask. So I left and I will get what I need from a different hardware store most likely cheaper.

Best hardware store to buy all those needed items for home or garden. Plenty of friendly experienced helpful staff.

They have a decent selection of merchandise and the staff is very friendly. Employee Chase was especially helpful.

I needed a lock for the outside water turn on and they ordered it. Once it came in. I couldnt understand how it worked. I went back and they showed me how to use it. It was tricky even with directions, but they were patient and helpful.

Website needs updating. If you need a grill, great, but I tried to find something else. Wow, terrible. Sorry web not good!!!!!
