Vitamin Shoppe Deserves a Higher Rating!I have increased my Star Rating from3 ⭐⭐⭐ to 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.I went back to Vitamin Shoppe a month later as I said I would!WOW...😁 Deals Galore!They had Mix n Match Deals on Vitamins, 50% Off during black Friday! I purchased the Zinc and Vitamin D3. I want to purchase their Essential Oils next time!Im very pleased because this really does help us Customers! These deals are the very reason I will come back to purchase more items...Thank you so much Vitamin Shoppe...😂

When you go here, you will be able to tell right away that youll have a good experience: nice location, big shop, many products and friendly staff! There were only two ladies and very attentive.Michelle was a great help. I went in thinking Id be a bit (1st time that location); so I was getting ready to pull up my phone and start searching, and I was quickly asked if I needed assistance.Found exactly what I needed for me, helped me find what was on my short list and even made some excellent suggestions.Great experience! I will be back!

Placed an order for pick up and the employees had no idea what to do so I had to purchase the product again in store and now have to wait 5 days to get refund. Definitely dont recommend getting anything online from this store. The two girls working were extremely nice tho so thank you for that at least.

Higher prices than other places. Didnt have what I wanted. No one willing to help out answer questions. Not worth my time or gas.

I have been purchasing several items from these people for some years now. They have always been quite helpful. The layout of the store looks fairly logical. if I were in there more often, I would probably not be so appreciative of their helping me to find particular items. I usually purchase their own brand of the item that I wish to have. Im certainly not locked into this place for all my supplements. Glucosamine is much cheaper in the land of the Walmartians. So thats where I purchase it. I ran by there today because my silymarin and echinacea did not survive my move. there was a buy one get one at half off sale so I probably wont be dark during their door for a spell now. I buy the big bottles because they are more economical. I have never had issues with these people and if you are looking for a place to pick up some supplements, I can highly recommend The vitamin Shoppe.

Very decent place with clean shelves and comfortable atmosphere. The staff is friendly and always ready to answer my questions. However, the prices are very high compared to online competitors.Further, the selection is smaller too.

Staff has no knowledge what so ever about supplementation, even the simplest question they cannot answer, if you aren’t knowledgeable in supplements and know exactly what you need I DO NOT recommend taking there advice, management is the most ignorant it’s sad that you can’t trust there advice and it’s plan dangerous, the young kid working the front counter could barely work the register.. Great selection of products but other then that the staff here is a joke !! And this is coming from a fitness professionl ! Just sad that they will hire anyone and clearly have no education process for there employees!!

Staff hawk watches you from the moment you walk in, doesn’t make you feel comfortable. I’ll rather go to the other location even if it’s more of a drive .

I like to shop the vitamin store because if you find it on line they meet the price I recently moved from Bonita Springs Florida Fort Myers and went to this location on Cleveland Avenue was extremely disappointed on friendly staff manager who looks angry what a shame I’ve moved to this area and now I’m going to have to go back to Bonita Springs to continue to shop at the vitamin store at (Coconut Point) really rude people here at the Cleveland Avenue location if I could give them a zero I give them a zero
