This location is beyond great. Josh who is a sales person, not sure of his job title. He went above and beyond to making sure I was taken care of. Last week while finishing up my project, I needed a gallon of super paint but unfortunately there was a shortage of super paint. Josh called the nearby stores to have located what I needed. Thank you Josh for all that you do.

Everybody here seems so nice and friendly the place is new cuz I look like they have been open long clean cool atmosphere looks like they have lots and lots of things to choose from as far as big and colors and stuff they keep asking me to set up an account for what Im not a painter just needed some paint today other than that first time shopping at Sherwin Williams

Sherwin Williams has great paint products, but the people make this particular store a pleasure to go into. The personnel at Forum-Colonial Blvd location are knowledgable about the products, respectful to customers, and professional! Clearly, customer service is a priority. Elon, Josh, Nick, Dave are quick to greet and serve customers with tips, tricks, suggestions, or just attentive service for a not so fun task of painting.

The employee working when we went in was unhelpful. We knew what color we were looking for but not the brand because it was a builder paint from our home builder. He sent us away telling us to come back when we knew the brand. I called a store in Lehigh Acres and the employee asked for our builder, community, and lot number. He told us to come in and the color would take just a few minutes to make. Why wasn’t it that easy at the Forum store?

I’m happy with the decision of becoming an account holder at this Sherwin Williams . This store has been Great and Alex with customer relations has made my life so much easier when matching and getting the right paint for the job. Also the paint and product is so much better than any other paint I’ve used . It last longer and covers excellent. Great Store . Great employees and the manager Efren has pulled through many times helping with countless projects.Update 6/12/21. Still use this sherwin store all the time. The paint is absolutely the best. It covers very well and makes painting less labor intense. I’ve used there paints for concrete, cabinets, exterior and interior and it’s better than anything I’ve ever used. I’m so glad to have these guys and there brand for my jobs.

The customer service was a little slow, but we were there around lunch time. Once we were in contact with an employee, they were very helpful.

The old man working there is way crusty and just does not care at all. If he is the owner or something he should not be customer facing. Has that kind of what do you want face every time. First time, I stood there one time for 15 minutes with 3 people running around and not once did they attempt to help me or even inquire if I needed assistance which I did...I left. Went back another time and while the younger girl was helpful and friendly, they were both not very knowledgeable. And the old man was still way crusty. I actually had to tell them SW now has Vinyl Safe paint...ha! Went there 1 more time and same deal as the first so I left. Sad thing for SW is I am going to do a two story renovation, interior, cabinets and exterior, and will be shopping at a competitor. Sad, as I really wanted to use SW, but I guess BM is just as good, we will see.

There were 2 employees. None of them ever greeted anyone that walked through the doors. The door makes a noise and still no one ever came out. There were tons of customers by the paint samples and still not one employee came over to greet us or ask us if we needed any help. Which we did choosing a gray color. We had to make do with the little cards and the pamphlets. Once we actually settled on a color, we wanted to sample it first, so we had to walk to the register to find someone and ask them if we could have some samples of the colors we chose (2). It cost me almost 12 dollars because he offered me the rewards program or something or other that I had to fill out without even knowing what it was because it would get me a discount on the samples. After this experience I honestly don’t know that I will be back to actually buy the paint we need. I’ll probably go to Home Depot literally 30 secs away or the Lowe’s in front of my house!

That the employees are very friendly and helpful and they do not rush you at all to make decisions. I was able to take a seat and the employee brought over several card samples of the colors I was looking for to do my daughter’s bedroom.

Jacob was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable . This was my first time and my wifes first time coming in . We just wanted to say thank you for the staff for all there help and keep up the great work Jacob

I purchased 20 gal paint from your Ft Myers branch, picked the color from your website, 10 gallons came out too dark, I brought them and informed your associate he said never pick a color on the website and they can’t take the paint back or do anything about it, I told him I needed to pick up new color and if I can get the new paint with the same price I paid for the dark paint, he said no because the sale is over. Those were enough reasons to leave the store and give my business elsewhere.

They need to train their staff a little better. I get better Help At Home Depot and Lowes.The commercial Sherwin-Williams off of Lee Boulevard is excellent.

Usually a very helpful staff in all their stores. plenty of selection and everything we need including tools. The recommend for the professional or the homeowner.

Bad attitude,when back to get more paint of the same color started painting, was way off,this happened twice in 1 week,after taking the paint back to the store, the salesperson saw the difference and just shrugged his shoulders,what a bad attitude, I have been a contractor for over 50 years and never had this happen, what a lousy place

Having desk help wait on the customer! I was in the store on Friday and Sunday. On both days, several customers were waiting for desk assistance to get paint. In BOTH instances, an employee was sitting in the office doing nothing while the customers waited. I wont be returning to this store.

I was told they could do an exact match for my new construction Lennar home. I asked for Lennar white and they said there was no such thing. They tried to paint match and it was not even close. I came back and had to argue with them for a while until a customer actually told me the Lehigh store has the Lennar white. Wouldn’t even refund my gallon. I will never return
