Man very rude. Walked in did not get welcomed. Had to keep saying anyone here he finally came out and said yes, I am very busy. Asked him about dryers. He had an attitude. So we just left.

Called and gave the guy a part number that I got from whirlpool he said you got that part number off some website I told him I got it from the manufacturer he said no you didnt. He wanted to argue about where I got the part number. I just hung up no since in arguing with a idiot who obviously doesnt need to make a sale.

Always good to us. We have purchased washers and dryers from Lamar. Also refrigerator. They have models for ever Budget. You dont have to walk a mile to find what you need. Prompt installation too.

Owner was talking to us about washers and dryers. At the first mention of cheaper prices at big box stores he rudely saidyou get what you pay for, good luck! And walked off and refused to help us. We like to support our local stores and were just asking questions. I would suggest going somewhere else.

Called to ask a question about getting a replacement part and the man that answered the phone was very rude and very unhelpful. Put me on hold, cut me off when I tried to ask a question, and then rushed me off of the phone. Will not be doing any business with this company.

I do not recommend this place. They sold my mother a floor model $3,500 refrigerator at the time we did not know they sold her the floor model.We have lost $1,000s in food, repairs after repairs & they are very unprofessional inconsiderate ppl.Now we have to wait to be reimbursed & eat fast food until someone doea their job appropriately. Not to mention my mother has cancer & struggles with treatments & fending for herself.This place is ridiculous!

Great selection and prices . Glad to see theyre are still some small stores left and didnt have to go into one of the big box stores.

Walked in to see if they had the part I needed for my washer, The Man saw the old part in my hand, he went to the back room quickly and before I made it to service desk he already had the part i needed and knew what it went on, Very Knowledgeable and Great customer service, enjoyed talking with him.

Called asking if they had a part that can be replaced since lowes didn’t have it. Answer back “I don’t like the fact You went to lowes then calls this store I’m trying to run a business ” hangs up. I called back to tell him lowes is the one that referred me to you. But I go to another competitor rather than you.

Got up Saturday to go to 2A appliance to make purchase sign on door and internet say open at 9 amArrive at 9:07 am 3 cars waiting on parking lot to go inside 9:20 still no one opens upI saw these people had a low review rate but I drove over anywaysI won’t be back they cause me loss of time on my dayBad way to do business

Lamar, the owner/operator knows all about the appliances he carries. He cares about whether or not the consumer gets what he/she needs.
