I have two things that I got from Rent-A-Center and Jason and justin are the best, they help with suggestions and they worked with me. They are understanding with great customer service. I definitely recommend.

I swear my family and me moved here in January of this year and both Jason and Justin are the most amazing people. They have worked with us and given us the best service. THANK YOU!!!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I have been waiting 2 months for a replacement dryer door and have only been given the run around and now Im on my last payment and its still not fixed.

Horrible customer service especially from Jason he is very rude and very disrespectful but what bothers me is how poorly he speaks to customers. I’m not a customer but I was a potential one and the way he spoke to a young man in front of me waiting in line to pay turned me away the young man in front of me was trying to make payment arrangements and Jason demanded he paid so much or they will come get his things the young man said my check is short I just need a few more days and I will pay what I owe Jason said nope I guess you shouldn’t get things you can’t afford ! How rude and disrespectful! I was floored!

We will never do business with this company again. You pay for extra insurance in case of an emergency to cover the payments and they have no idea what to do to get it started and every person in the store will tell you something different. They dont tell you what you have to do. Wait 6 weeks then tell you that the insurance is cancelled for non payment when if they would do their job that would not be the case. Then when you try to escalate to the higher ups to get it taken care of the district manager is rude and berates you. They have no clue and extremely rude. If I could leave them no stars i would.

Great experience for a rental store. Dont get me wrong like all rental stores they are way over priced. But they have a 90 day option that is not nearly as high priced

I was calling to make a payment arrangement because my paycheck was shorted. The man I talked to was extremely RUDE! They are always mean to me on the phone. HE TOLD MEVERYONE THAT HED RATHER THROW OUR FURNITURE AWAY THAN TALK TO ME! IM SO OVER THIS COMPANY!!!!!! THEY HAVE ALSO BEEN FIXING MY WASHER AND DRYER FOR OVER 6 MONTHS. THEY ARE ALWAYS RUDE TO ME AND I JUST WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW. If there was a button for no stars then I would do it.
