I have to drive past one other Michaels to get to this store and Im happy to do so because the entire staff is fun loving Crafters not craft snobs like you encounter at other stores. The entire store is laid back.. but never lazy...store is clean and everyone there could not be more helpful.

My first and last time going here. I didnt like the fact that I couldnt even shop for store employees following me, I mean as soon I I hit the door. I was in there to pick up a purchase I had just made online and thought I could browse a while in peace. Boy was I wrong the cashier was not very welcoming either. Get it together Michaels not everyone steals there are really hard working people as myself out here for real.

Michaels in Fort O is always clean and the employees are friendly. To make it better heres, theres always good sales going on!

Another great hobby store. If you cant find it at Hobby Lobby, try Michaels. At least at Michael they have signs on the walls up top showing you where things are!!

Everything I needed I found with the help of one of the associates. She was knowledgeable, courteous, very much of a help & when I was ready to check out she offered me a store card & took 20% off my purchase.

Michaels is great. Love that they have many different craft and hobby items compared to Hobby Lobby or Joanns . I love them all and if I can find something at one I almost always know Ill find it at the other.

In this particular store the Selection was very limited or not at all. Flowers were very limited amongst some other sections which were being clearance out.

Giant No-No store. Could be better about posting prices on shelves where the items are located, and could stand to add more to inventory, but otherwise, it was a great visit and they will have my return business for years to come.

Lots of crafts and home decor stuff. Good selection and quality merchandise. Prices seem a little high to me but they have super deals on clearance items. Also, I saw they have a price match guarantee, so theres that.

Disappointed they didnt have any frames that held Diploma, Senior and Tassel and no graduation scrapbooking items.

This was only my 2nd time in Michaels. I didnt have one in the area where I was previously living. I loved it! Lots of sales, well organized store. Friendly employees. Ill be back.

Favorite craft store.

Great arts and crafts supply store with very helpful employees and handy classes. I can fund just about anything I need in this store in a convenient store location. The store is clean and well organized. Employees are knowledgeable of product locations and how to use the product. Clean bathrooms are a plus as well.

Good selection some items over priced !

One staff should dress properly, black jeans with 5 hole with buckle on side seems not properly for job, that my saying. I was shockingly to see that kind of jeans kids wear. I’m just old fashioned, I believe it should dress modest. Seem they are lacking of what I ask question about crafts.

Im in here every week and most of the time theres a sale or coupon which is great. Its kindof hard to find the canvas packs in the sizes I need since they rearranged now though and I usually have to have someone help me find them, or find a ladder, which is a pain and slows me down. Other than that I enjoy their selection and friendliness.

I like the vast selection of craft supplies all in one place. My favorite thing about Michaels is the 40% off one item coupon they put out weekly. It can really save you a lot. Whether you are into scrapbooking, card making, jewelry, knitting, painting or many other hobbies, this place will have something for you at decent prices, for most items. They also offer classes for cake decorating, knitting and jewelry, among others.

Product I put was great deal but store was junky and cluttered.

The selection of items is AMAZING. The customer service needs a bit of improvement, but it isnt bad enough to affect my 5-star rating.

Very helpful staff. A large selection of craft items and decor. The store is always clean and easy to navigate. I had a map framed and the digital layout option was very helpful.

I could walk around in this store all day long. I could easily go broke getting so many beautiful things and the crafts are all here. Ive gotten all my painting/sketching sewing supplies here for years and never go anywhere else.

Not terribly big store, but they have tons of really good products. Must stop for crafts supplies.

Decent prices, be sure to take a coupon with you. Eventually most items go on sale so sometimes waiting to purchase is wise unless needed immediately. Sometimes the cashiers have extra coupons. Their floral, drawing art, and paint sections are well-stocked usually and abundant in variety. They don’t have a huge sewing section at this location and some specialty craft sections are scant (for example, candle making). They have a good discount section which has some great gift ideas for cheap.

Love Michaels!!! I could browse in there FOREVER!! They always have amazing weekly sales on a wide variety of items--not to mention the fantastic coupons online and in the sales paper.

I love Michaels! Some of their regular prices seem high, especially baskets. Items that seem high, I wait until they are 50% off which Michaels does quite often. I love the items in metal baskets near the front which are priced between $1 and $3 usually. I buy lots of stickers and wait til theyre on sale. I use the coupons on my phone. I am alerted my text msg of special sales. Love Michaels. I also only buy frames when they are 50% off. You can fund great deals for every project you might have!

I guess its a good store they have alot of stuff that I dont know how to use. There staff seems nice and friendly. I mostly just followed my wife around and acted like I was interested in the stuff she was showing me. BUT . . . She loves this store so it has to be great! My wife has excellent taste, she picked me!!!

Should give it four stars for being so far away but that wouldnt be right. Theyre awesome and have almost anything you could need for nearly any hobbies you may have. Prices are usually reasonable. A few thaings might be overpriced but that aint bad. Overall wonderful experience Everytime Im there. Highly recommend
