I am thoroughly impressed with this company! A sweet neighbor accidentally backed into our car and Advanced Collision Inc made everything so easy! They handled everything with the insurance company and even helped out with the rental car. All I had to do was drop off the rental and pick up my car! You can’t see that there was ever any damage to our car. They kept me up-to-date with text messages and phone calls. Our car was in and out in less than a week. They even gave our car a bath before we picked it up! We have a dog that sheds A LOT so there was dog hair everywhere and they vacuumed everything, wiped it down and even washed the outside! Talk about top-notch service! I would highly recommend them! The staff is very kind and helpful as well!

I had my first wreck ever and hit a deer. I was heart broken because my car is means a lot to me. I had my car towed to Advanced Collision in Fort Oglethorpe right away. Jeff and Marty dealt with my insurance company for me. I literally cried from excitement when I saw my car! It looks better than when I bought it!! Im very thankful for the folks at this shop. Wonderful communication with me from very friendly staff. Had a small hiccup with a sensor repair, but it was swiftly taken care of once it was brought to their attention. They fixed the bed side on my Dodge truck. Until then, the truck had never been damaged. Its an older truck (2005) but they treated it as if it were brand new. I am very particular when it comes to repair work (Im a shop foreman doing mechanical repairs) and Ive done my fair share of body work too. Let me say, they fix things right. They didnt slap Bondo on my truck and call it good, they pulled the dents and straightened everything as much as possible to minimize filler. This is very apparent when you look on the inside of the panel, as theres no evidence of damage there either. Jeff was awesome at keeping me informed and caught up, and even though the insurance company was difficult to deal with, he did his job and got the repair completed to a very satisfactory level. They care about their customers there, and they do work right. I can honestly say its the only body shop Ive ever been to that I didnt have quality issues, and its the only one Ill ever use in the future. Thanks for the awesome work guys!

Very poor management and communication was almost non-existent unless we reached out to them. They had my car for over 2 months, and we still had to clip pieces in the right way on the final return. Cannot recommend.

It pains me do say this, because I WANT to like these guys & Im a huge advocate for supporting local businesses, but I just can no longer recommend this shop. Weve done business with them on 4 separate occasions now. Our first time (back in 2011) everything was perfect, the other three times - not so much, and its the SAME issues every time that Advanced Collision seems to have. It really comes down to sloppy work, rushing things out the door, and a lack of attention to detail. The body work itself has always been great, but outside of that things start to fall apart: Except for the first visit, we have always been required to bring the vehicle back (multiple times) to have things that were overlooked corrected. Without writing a book, issues weve had *on more than one vehicle* are: Doors no longer locking after car was serviced (happened on two cars, both worked fine when we left the vehicle with them), Wind noise (on one particular vehicle, after multiple unsuccessful visits to correct said noise I ended up tearing the door apart myself and finding were they had incorrectly re-assembled part of the door), various trim pieces lost during service (one part they have still not gotten me a replacement after a year of asking, even though they keep promising to track it down), greasy hand prints on headliners, and over spray. Again, all these issues listed have happen on *at least* two separate jobs, most three. Ill be taking future business elsewhere & advise you to skip this shop. -Dave
