I needed a new headlight for my car and also assistance on installing them and Janel helped me immensely. She knew exactly how to change the lights and helped me pick out better quality ones to replace them with. She was so friendly and did the work so fast and efficiently I’m going to keep returning to store 0122 in Fort Oglethorpe for her services. She deserves a raise!!

The store manager Kelly and his team are wonderful. My battery was out of warranty, by 5 days and was bad Kelly help me with a new one. And Mitch put it in happily. They were such a blessing .

I call the dealership they wanted 85 dollars to change the battery in my key pod,reprogram the nice lady told me how to do it,and show me how to open it and put the new battery. One happy customer. Thanks for the professional help. 5 STARS

Out of all of the other AutoZone this is definitely the best one Kelly and Jenelle are two of the most friendly helpful people I have ever met I will not shop anywhere else for parts.

This is the only autozone that I shop at because of Kelly. He is very knowledgeable about the parts he is selling and is always the same everytime you deal with him. They will have most anything you will need for you vehicle, if they dont they know where to send you to get it. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. However, the prices are pretty high on their off the shelf items.

The best customer service I have ever received, period. Everyone working seemed to function as a team, tending to the needs of each customer. They were busy, but made sure to acknowledge those waiting for assistance.

Went to this store 7/17/20 to buy an Durlast gold alternator for our Mustange and they told us they didnt have it in the store that it would be in 7/20/20 and we also bought a throttle body gasket which wouldnt be in till 7/22/20. We paid for them and told the young lady thats ok well just pick both up 7/23/20 because cant do the replacement without both... Went to pick both up 7/24/20 and was told it was sent back if not picked up within two days.....was offered to have it brought back the next day, I told him nope just give us our money back and so they did..... I wont shop at AutoZone again if i can help it, well just order online from Ebay from now on..... Smh Terrible communication skills!!!!

I love AutoZone especially this location by Big Lots Keith Jackie Carlos and a couple of other individuals at this location are great individuals always helpful and always trustworthy and friendly I dont really like the boulevard location some of the employees down there just trying to sell you something that you dont need or give you the wrong part but there are a couple good hard workers at that location but this location on Lafayette Road by the Big Lots in great people always do their job I tried to get you in and out as quick as possible or you could continue on about your day

The 4 out of 5 times I have been to this location, I am always stuck dealing with the manager named Kelly. Im not sure if he is just a chauvinistic Pig or if he is not liking people of the same race as him, but that is how I get treated and I have been in the background watching him treat a few others this same way. From a simple question to do with oil filters, names of oil, wiper blades, to a return or exchange WITH a valid receipt from within hours and this man will talk down to me like I dont know what Im talking about about. Like I have no educational skills and just insults my intelligence every single time. Not to mention try to embarrass me in front of other customers. I cant say anything much about the other employees as I have not dealt with them. But if this man named Kelly is the store manager, then the only thing I can blame their training on is Kelly the store manager. I was sent from one store to another store to literally be called a liar & told I dont know what Im talking about about because he was too lazy to verify with the store that I just got sent from. Yes, I may be a woman and yes a white woman, but that does not mean I dont deserve the same respect that I walk in there with every time using the same manners I walk in there with every time. I do not steal from the store, I do not talk to them nasty, I am not demanding nor rude and I expect the same in return. This location has the poorest customer service skills or at least this store manager named Kelly definitely needs to find a new job because nobody and I mean nobody deserves to be talked to in the way that he talks to women in there. And 4 out of 5 times going to that store... those are pretty good odds that the next time I walk in Ill get treated the exact same way. This was the last straw today. I will no longer just sit idly by and let him treat me or anybody else this way. I just wanted to give everybody a heads up about this mans work ethic, demeanor, character and attitude towards people who he believes are less than him. AutoZone auto parts is a great auto parts store and I mean great! I have gone to these stores since I was a little girl with my grandfather. But this manager, named Kelly, does not deserve to be a manager.

The level of professionalism has dropped significantly over the past year or so. Ive been a loyal customer for nearly twenty years of that location. And sadly enough after today I doubt Ill be back.

The best for helping you understand what you need

I took my son to this location last night 12/10/18 to purchase a battery for his truck. The girl came out with a tester and told us the battery was low. We decided to replace the battery as it was 6+ years old. When we went in the store and looked up a replacement we were asked if we could come back in a couple of days due to the weather It was 41 degrees, not freezing and not raining. I cant believe they asked us to continue jumping off the battery because they didnt want to change it. We went to the Rossville blvd location and they were happy to change it for us there.

Really nice guys.. UPDATE: So I know Ive already left a review as you can see but I wanted to come back and update it so I could share with you guys why I felt I needed to come back and redo it. Today I went to run errands and went to get into my car, wouldnt start. Seeing I was right next door to Auto zone I figured It was worth a shot seeing if these guys could/would help in some way. When I walked in a man greeted me, wish Id got his name, and I explain what happened. My cars so dependable It doesnt just not start. I told him its making a weird noise which sounded like a battery and yes I made the noise or at least tried to.. The man giggled under his breath and said lets see whats going on. He walked across the big parking lot to where Id parked it and raised my hood. He did the test on it and told me what was going on and then said here let me jump start you.. Next thing I know hed walked back to my car with this little thingy and hooked it up and Whaalaa It started so I could get home. I just want to say a BIG OLE THANK YOU! My husbands out of town and my boys are at work so I was gonna be stranded. If it werent for this guy again wish Id got his name I would still be sitting there in the cold until someone came to help. Employees here need training. They told me my battery was bad. Said they charged it. Voltage was lower after (they charged it)Bought a new battery charger and charged over night and what do ya know,still charged three days later with peak cranking amps.

Not to long of a wait for the time of day I was there. I wish I could give 5 stars but half of the time here lately I dont get my loyalty rewards. Theyre not showing on my receipt even though my name is on there with my phone number. Hopefully this can be fixed.

Do not go there they tell you that your part will be there at 8 am and then when you call to see if it there they say give them your number and they will call you and let you know when they find your part then they call you back to tell you your part will be there in an hour so I go there to get my money back and then they say my part is there and the manager says he told the boy I was on the phone that it would be there in 5 min this was the last straw with shopping with auto zone i will never ever go back and shop there

Not that knowledgeable on their Auto parts wanted probably the most common spark plug made and they had a difficult time cross-referencing it... But they were friendly so theres always that.
