I was quoted 2 weeks for delivery of my mattress. 3 months later I got it. I paid for the red carpet service but when it delivered they refused to bring in my mattress past the front porch. I immediately called my store which called the warehouse and they said that the truck could not turn around due to it being out of state. It was literally no more than 5 miles down the road at this time. Although I did get refunded the delivery fee. I still had to scramble to find people to get my mattress in my house and the old one moved. The sales staff was great other than the delivery time snafu! Would I buy from you again? Not likely. This was a bad experience for us.

This is the 4th purchase that I have made from Mattress Firm. My first purchase was from a different location, but I received great service from them as well. I just purchased a new bed about 2 years ago. Just over a month ago my apartment burned and I lost everything. They first provided me with paperwork to submit to my insurance company and then when it came time to purchase new bedding, they stepped in and gave me a great deal for 2 new beds. Zack at Mattress Firm really helped anyway he could was friendly and polite didnt push or rush us at all, he was really patient and helpful. I must have checked every bed out in the whole place, trying them 3 and 4 times over before finally deciding on the one of our choice. I know it took 5 or 6 hours to make a decision. If I had of been Zack I probably would have lost it taking as long as we did, but he stuck with us all day and helped as much as he could. When we finally decided on the one we wanted and liked the best (Well it was a Outstanding Deal he gave us) and I dont think we could have done better elsewhere. (THANKS Zack for the outstanding professional attitude and the price) We are very happy and glad we come by out there.

We went to the Mattress Firm in Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia on Battlefield Parkway. It’s right next to Buffalo Wild Wings. We can’t say enough good things about Zack, our sleep expert. He made the whole experience as “painless” as it could be with making such a purchase. We never felt like he was trying to pressure us to get a sale.He started by helping us determine what kind of mattress was best for us - soft, medium or firm. Then he helped us determine the type - foam, innerspring, hybrid, etc. Zack never pushed us to go with the highest priced mattress. He genuinely wanted us to get a great mattress within our budget.They have great deals going on right now. You can get a king for queen mattress pricing or a queen for twin mattress pricing. They have 0% APR and free base offers right now too. I’m not sure how long these offers are going to be available but, if you’re in the market for a new mattress, you might want to hurry in.
