Do not even waste your time stopping here. Go to Best Buy at Hamilton place. They have nothing that they have on display actually available for purchase. Tried buying a printer today all three selections were out of stock... 3 different selections.... All three still on display...

I went in to get paint markers, neon gel pens and to print out very important documents the first salesman told me that I should go to hobby lobby then walked away the second salesman was standing around with the other 2 employees laughing and I told him I needed help he looked at me and laugher I looked at the area for these actions and I left telling him I would go to the print shop because I didnt know any prices and nothing was said this is the first negative comment Ive ever left for any business in this town and Ive been here since I was three

If youre needing a quick print of an email, this is NOT the place to go. They only ever seem to have one check out open and if youre getting an email printed and someone comes to check out, the print job will have to wait... even if youre standing right there and the cashier is working on your items. I get the same thing printed monthly and have the same issues every time. Doesnt pay to send instructions on the email as they dont read them, nor do they start printing until youre in the store. Im less than impressed with this site.

For a while I had various things printed, made copies & bought supplies here. When I ordered my kids school supplies online and they were delivered late (after school started), which wasnt this stores fault, I had to return them because I had to buy their supplies in another store. The girl who took my return tried everything to get out of taking the return. She asked two different managers I cant do this, right? They kept telling her she could and to just do it. It took an hour to return the supplies and she didnt even try to hide how upset she was that I got discounts and she had to manually put the prices in on some of the items.A couple days later I tried to use the copy machine. It froze and shut off. I used the other machine and the same thing happened. Today, I went back and tried to use it again and I kept getting errors. I left and went to a small Mom & Pop print shop down the road. Ill never use Office Depot again.

It allows us to unite and rally for saving our children in their parking lot. Feburary 13th 2021.

Great and helpful place. I was looking for a very specific piece of hardware and Andy went above and beyond in helping me find it, as well as ensuring a fair price. Lovely group of people and I highly recommend them!

I used them to print out proposals. Its about as easy a printing job as it gets. Its so far a week overdue, and calling to find out takes a lot of wait time. Theres a few good people in there but the overall experience has been dumber than trying to eat soup with a butter knife

Had fantastic service even though Megan Peal was extremely busy helping about 5 different customers by herself, due to a rush at the printing area. She did great handled it like a champ and smiled the entire time. Great experience will certainly do more shopping at this location.

Good sales, especially around school starting. Good variety of labels and such that you can print on you computer. Good selection of pens, and nice gifts sets. I have purchased designer sets of paper pads, desk sets, etc on clearance for next to nothing. I am a bargain hunter and its hit or miss if you are looking for good buys.Otherwise, I find overall the prices are high on some basic items.

The Battlefield Pkwy Office Depot has the best Manager I have ever dealt with. Gabe has helped me numerous times and always goes above and beyond to make sure I am a happy customer. I truly appreciate having this store near my home and I also appreciate the staff at this store for their helpfulness. I will always buy my computers from here!

Love the place but it appeared only 1 person was there waiting on EVERYONE. We had to go to the print shop to checkout. There was a line. I asked if the man at the counter was the only one working. He said no. The others are just hiding somewhere. Nice! What a way to run a major office supply business. Im beginning to think that this is business as usual at most places these days, and not just here at Office Depot.

WELL STOCKED MERCHANDISE ON SHELVES. I NOTICED AREA SCHOOLS SUPPLY LISTS UP FRONT AS YOU ENTER THE STORE. FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL STAFF.

They play this phone game acting like they can’t hear you and then hang up. I use second phone line same thing. Even 4 or five calls in a roll. So I call the Gunbarrel store think I would help them out maybe their phones have gone out. But they do the same thing twice. Guess what they can’t hear me. I check both my out. My phone works fine I call Calhoun. No problem. I drive to FtO. I call them while in the store no problem with their phones. Imagine the manager was doing the answering of the phone 30 minutes before. Lol She has a problem. Her phones magically start working again.

Its a total crap shoot on your experience walking in this location. On one hand there are about 3 GREAT employees here, VERY friendly/helpful. Unfortunately they are greatly out weighed by a LARGE number of employees who have an attitude that they would rather be ANYWHERE else other than working here. The store itself really needs a remodel/update too, kinda dark and dingy.

I called the local number and I asked for the copy center, and it took him 20 secs to even answer. I was informed they dont have a copy center. When I responded with yes you do, he then told me they only have a printing department!! Duh!! So I asked to be transferred. I sat on hold forever,(4 mins). He comes back on the line and tells me they are closed!!! What? I asked him how they are closed at 4pm in the afternoon. (Insert long pause) He said they must be closed since they are not answering. So I asked him to just look over and see if someone is at the counter. He refused. Finally letting me know that I have called the call center (even though I dialed the local number), so he cant see if anyone is there. Guess they wont get my biz.

I needed 7 color copies for my sons school project, and they were able to do them in about 10 minutes. The staff was very friendly and even helped me crop one of the pictures.

Too expensive. The kids running around there are supposed to be employees but they seem more interested in talking among themselves than helping customers. I’m surprised this place is still open.

Great customer service and even found some great books on sale for $3.99 to send to my son-in-law for a late Christmas gift.

I purchased an Epson printer. The associate was very knowledgeable about his store and products. He was curtious at the register and helped me get registered with an account. He even offered to carry my purchase out to my car.

Came in for a couple of items, and we were next in line to checkout when Jake smacked the “lane closed” sign on the counter, without saying a word, and walked away. He went to another register, so we followed to get checked out. He was not overtly rude per se, during the transaction, but he was NOT friendly or pleasant. I get that the holidays stress people out that work in retail, but if you work in retail, you know that, and I would expect you to behave accordingly.

Can’t ever get help here . I have been in twice lately to spend $300 to $500 for my company and nobody here is interested in helping locate items we need. 🤨

Very disappointed, they have the same items as walmart, best buy, and dollar tree at 2 to 3 times the price. Not worth the time will order my ink from amazon or Sams-Costco

Horrible customer service. I came to buy a desk another store had ask them to hold for me. The guy helping me didnt want any part of the sale, he came across very rude and inconvenienced to me, needles to say I left without the desk. I am not going to make him do something he clearly didnt want to do. Just hate that I wasted the trip...

Fine if you know specifically what you need, and exactly where its located. If I have to shop here, I try to have all my questions answered before I go, because every clerk Ive asked assistance from over the past 4 years, never has any idea what Im looking for, or where it might be. Then they always disappear to find someone that does, which takes entirely too long considering theres never anyone in the store when Im there. Assuming its the manager, or assistant manager that eventually comes to assist me, which on 2 occasions resulted in merely showing me where the general area it should be is, then half heartedly searching, giving off the vibe that Im actually inconveniencing him, and once telling me they were out, only for me to find it myself on the opposite shelf. He had no idea what I was asking for, and instead of being honest, he wasted my time pretending to help in the most agitated way. I was with my sister when she was purchasing a file cabinet for her business, same exact story, different clerk in the beginning, but same manager to assist us, and he had absolutely no knowledge about the basic questions she was asking him. He eventually offered her a discount if she bought a certain model, she took the deal, and we both agreed he did it just to get us out the door! The store itself is quite clean, well stocked, and overall moderately priced for most items.

Went a few days ago to print a poster for a presentation. The employee in the counter told me about the prices and asked me to go online and look for options . He also told me that his shift was over in the minutes and he couldnt help me because he had no clue about who was coming to the next shift . I walk around the store for about 30 mins and he was still there . Next morning went again to do the same . This time the lady in the counter also said she was too busy to do the printing.

Ok place to shop service is not the best but good products

Previously Office Depot on Battlefield Parkway has been decent to work with for my small print jobs for our office. Until today.. I emailed my print request, as I have for the past 5 years weve been working with them, and I called to confirm they received and make sure there were no questions. Beginning today apparently, I need to go onto the website, into the portal and submit my request there, which takes 10x longer..especially if you have a specific request that needs to be completed. So, instead of taking 1 minute to upload the file and email it with directions, now I need to go into the portal, figure out how to submit the exact thing youre attempting to request. I called to speak to the manager and to no avail.. the rules have changed and shes unwilling to work with me. However, literally 3 weeks ago (May 17) they accepted my emailed print request and business as usual.This new change/implementation is not convenient to the small business owner and does not help my business today as they attempted.
