Kenny and his team are amazing. We have using their service since our car was damaged after hurricane Matthew. This visit was a simple one and they werent going to charge me...so I gave them a nice token of my appreciation.

Had my car fixed here. They had the car complete when they said they would and I was very pleased with their work.

These guys had to rework paint and body that was done wrong by a another place that they insurance that cut corners and tries to rip us off (this was a brand new Lexus). Kenny was awesome, explained how things are done right, they were on schedule and the work was flawless and unbelievably better than the other clowns. Five stars and two thumbs up!!

I was wowed by the service I received today from Kenny and the gentleman that fixed my bumper cover. It is very refreshing to find people and businesses that see beyond the immediate dollar and truly care about the customer and his/her needs. I will definitely go back when I need body work done to one of our vehicles; and will share my excellent experience with folks I know... update 3/12/20 - I stand by my previous 5 rating and if possible would rate higher. I had a mishap with my vehicle and broke my side-view mirror. I contacted Kenny and he provided me with a very fair/reasonable estimate to replace the entire unit. He ordered it on the spot. The mirror replacement arrived within two days and it was fully and perfectly installed in less than one hour. I really appreciate dealing with a business that is transparent, explains everything and treats you professionally and courteously. It is no wonder they have been at this location for the past 32 years. If you need your vehicle repaired; I highly recommend this body shop.

I had a minor fender bender on Monday and was referred to Classic Car Coating from a friend. They were extremely friendly and I instantly felt like they had my best interest. These guys are the best!! Very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. They are taking personal interest and pride in my 1947 Willy’s CJ2A restoration and have tackled some challenging electrical, mechanical and structural issues. Very disappointed with the time kept, and the end results as time has past. I own a classic 1962 Chevrolet Impala. I had this car over a period 20+ years. I always had a vision of what I would like to do to bring it back to life. But, monetary reason would not allow at the time. Well in 2014 I was able to seek out someone who would be good at restoring my 62. That company was classic Car Restoration on Oleander Ave. Owner Wally and Operating manager Kenny. From the beginning I was convinced I had made the correct decision. As time past, 5 years to be exact that it took that long for completion. I put an extremely amount of money into this project. The end result.. Rust bubbles.. doors, truck, gas tank, window seals, etc. My car had very little nor no bondo. The car was pretty sound. My car is garage kept and I keep a car over it. But each time I pull it out to rinse it off, there’s more rust bubbles. I brought this to Shop manager Kenny. His comment to me was we can fix it but at my expense, per Wally over the phone without him even taking a look at the car. In other words take a hike. Unfortunately I have had to use Classic Car Coating quite often but at no fault of theirs😁. Every time has been an absolute pleasure. Kenny and his staff are extremely professional, provide timely service and are excellent when dealing with insurance companies. No follow up needed they will update you on any changes to deadlines, repair etc... So it you are tired of paying ridiculous prices for mediocre work...go see Kenny...they are fair and do excellent work!

Collision on right side of auto on my Suv was resolved and the company worked with Auto Insurance company to help me get a front end alignment needed after my car was left with cut in half blown out right front tire..from the accident. First off let me start by saying the team at Classic Car Coating are very professional, thorough, and very pleasant people to work with. Unfortunatly I had to go to them for repairs from 2 different accidents within 6 months. I actually had called another well trusted mechanic shop and asked for suggestions for auto body repair and their ONLY suggestion was Classic Car Coating. I called over the phone to let them know I was on the way and they were very informative about what they do for repairs and how they work with my insurance and were very welcoming right from the beginning. All of my body work was made like factory new and had NO remaining blemish or faults anywhere. The repairs were so perfect it made me want to fix all the other blemishes on my vehicle! The turn around was very quick and I was contacted with every step along the way. Now what most people dont realize is how much goes on behind the scenes dealing with the insurance companies. Being my 2nd car accident within 6 months, I got to understand how shady the insurance companies limit the work auto body shops can do. Kenny and team work very hard battling with insurance companies so us customers dont have to. After an accident the back and forth with insurance for repairs can be very frustrating so its nice to have someone else handle it for you even though it is NOT their responsibility. They do it as a courtesy, not because they have to. If most people knew how little the insurance companies do for the customer, most would drop their service. What insurance allows and what they want to cover is no where close to how the vehicle was prior to the accident. The team at Classic Car Coating would never jeopardize their name or reputation by doing mediocre work ever. They inform you every step of the way so you as the customer can intervene if you would like but they usually end up doing all the negotiating with the insurance companies so you dont have to. Although they are very fair with the insurance companies, they always put the customer and their needs first and make the whole process as stress free as possible. Dissatisfied. They ordered the wrong door for my car because they did not notice the door has an airbag. Pretty basic stuff one would expect a professional to check. My repair was delayed for 2 weeks due to the error. Repair took longer than expected. Once I picked the car up I noticed the door does not close correctly. Took the car back to ask them to correct the problem. Kenny gave me such a hard time about it I got disgusted and left. Clearly they do not stand behind their work.

I am highly satisfied with the quality of work they performed on my ES350. They were courteous and professional. If I lived in the area I would use them for all my repairs but I currently reside in Orlando. A+ WORK!!!!!!!!!
