Best auto body on Treasure coast . Mr Kelly Bebe and Barbara are awesome including all the shop guys and detailing people. The are the best have used them several times. Most recently the worked on my Infiniti Q70L. Flawless job. Highly recommend them

I came in with my bumper out of place, hanging on one side, one or two screws missing. I couldnt manage to fix it myself, every time I tried to push the part back in it would always pop up again while driving. I got an estimate in another place for $200 including painting which I did not need. I wanted to get another estimate, and when I drove to Coggin body shop it looked much fancier than the previous place, so I was thinking: surely this place will give me even higher price, seeing Mercedes Benz around, I was already doubting I would get a better deal. To my surprise, gentlemen named Tony looked at the damage and fixed it for me on the spot in probably 10 - 15 min. of time, refused any kind of payment even though I insisted, he would not take anything!!!I really feel blessed to even meet someone like that these days!Thank you Tony!!!

I have never experienced more unprofessional service as I have at this place. My BMW went in on November 7th for a back door passenger side repair. The adjuster estimated a 10 day process. I was later told by Seth at the body shop that I would be able to pick up my vehicle on November 25th. Upon checking with Seth that Monday, I was told that it would be ready on Friday November 29th. However, no one called to confirm with me. On Monday December 2nd when I called to speak with Seth, I was told by Mark that Seth is no longer with them. Upon inquiring about my car, I was told that it went over to the dealership for a wheel alignment. No one informed me about anything regarding the wheels nor obtained my permission. I was told by Mark that the car should be ready on Wednesday December 4th. On December 4th, I received no calls. When I called halfway through the day, I was told by Mark that he was currently working on my wheels (did he forget his previous story?). He said that he needed to get paperwork done for some approval from Geico and the car would be ready on Friday. On Friday, I called at 11:15 a.m. Mark again said that the wheels were currently being worked on and then the story about waiting for an approval and that he couldn’t release my car. I called and spoke with the general manager Todd Seth who had no interest in listening to my concerns. He was happy to get me off the phone with ‘ I’ll call you back as soon as I hear something.’ Well, I am still waiting for his call. The very rude Mark called later and indicated that my car just got back ( from where might I ask?) and that he has to do paperwork and the car needs to be cleaned up...if they couldn’t finish all of that today, then it would be Monday. Didn’t I indicate to these people that I will no longer have a rental which I now had for 30 days due to their negligence? By the way, they are open on Saturday at least half the day. Also, When this car was taken for service, it did not need a wash. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. I will never take any vehicle to them again and do not recommend.

Wow, did i get a pleasant surprise. I met with Tony to get an estimate to paint where i had a large amount of what appeared to be gravel chips. Tony noticed that it was only some type of road paint or substance that dried on hard. Hr took the time to clean it up for me and i couldnt believe my luck that i got isomeone nice and honest. I know where i am going when i really do need collision repair. Thanks Tony!

Walk in a was greeted with a welcome smile, Barbara Narser was on top of her game she was able to help me get my car on track to get fix, she also got me set up with my rental car. I will be returning and referring people. Great job to all the team memebers.
