I go to advance alot and got plenty of batteries to put in myself. This time Iet them due it since it is free installation. All I got to see is Jeff was awesome he Installed my battery, saw my terminals were broke went to fix them however the store got packed. I wasnt in a rush so I waited. I saw him taking care of cust, talking to people on phone and commercial accounts at the same time. The kicker is the MANAGER was standing there doing nothing. 5 stars for Jeff. Advance you need to evaluate Management. Will definitely be back.

I went in about 4p on a Sat afternoon, expecting it to be crazy busy but it wasnt! 😊😊I was immediately helped, which was awesome. I went in to pick up a part ordered by an auto repair shop, but Advance Auto said the part was never ordered; only quoted.Since theres no way to know for certain whether it was our mistake or theirs, I only deducted one star.

Abbie was a total diamond in the rough for me! Im not very car-savvy and I needed a new headlight bulb + assistance in installation. It was drizzling a little but she still helped me with a smile! Went there to help a friend which car had broken down.He went in and they came back out and tested his battery and the alternator.Ultimately it was the alternator which was there today and charged the battery overnight for free.Easy peasy.
