New owners are awesome. They took over in 01/15 and did a great job dusting the place. I ordered window covers for my boat this spring. The new guy, Ed, came to take measurements, gave me a clear estimate and time frame, and sharp as agreed all the covers were installed and fitted perfectly. I liked it so much that I ordered covers for my SW oriented french doors in the same marine fabric. You can see thru but it blocks the UV. I know they also did boat cushions for my neighbor and he was very pleased as well.

We had a pretty bad experience dealing with this company. From the time they took our money things began to go downhill. The timeframe they promised kept slipping, the original quote was off by 15% - which was $1K, so not a small error, and whenever we had a problem Geraldine would explode into an angry outburst. I dont think they really know what they are doing (just look at the ill fitting cushions below - this saggy mess is only 1 month old), and they certainly dont know how to deal with customers. Not happy with our cushions, but happy to have them out of my life!
