I bought three vehicles from them, my Dad bought the first two and I just bought a third from them 9 months ago. The first two vehicles were fine, but this last one, Ive already put over $3000 in repairs, while still making payments for the car. They tell you if you need repairs, theyll do it cheaper...Three different occasions I took it to THEIR MECHANIC, just to have a REAL MECHANIC fix it right. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

HORRIBLE, PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER! THEY ARE UNTRUSTWORTHY AND SNEAKY. I HOPE YOU WON’T FIND OUT. The car had unfixable gear/transmission issues, horrible tires, bad battery, broken door, and there was a lien on the car which prevented us from getting a title for the car and a plate. I do not recommend and hope no one confides in this business.

My first time working with a dealer, sadly it ended up being a very negative experience for us. We had put hundreds down on one of the used vehicles, only for it to be completely undriveable the next day. There was an odor coming from the car, it was stalling, we werent safe driving it, eventually the car had difficulty driving at all. We couldnt get to work or do any of the things we needed to do. Obviously any used car has its risks and things it needs fixed, but I really wish there would have been more honesty from the get go. When I asked about the condition of the car and if it was looked at mechanically, I was assured the car was in great conditions. I was expecting at the time and I made sure to mention to them that a dependable car for us was a priority. So we eventually brought the car back to them for an inspection or at least some type of mechanical work to be done, which we didnt mind paying for if needed, including the last payments we had with them. I was in talks with management there including the owner I was told there wasnt a problem that it was being handled, and that mechanics were working on the car and parts were being ordered, etc. Also that they would keep us updated and give us a call back when it was all fixed up, Guaranteeing that the vehicle was mine and would not be sold to anyone else, since technically it was not our fault the car stalled. I was willing to work with them, and hopefully get the vehicle back. Then when I called back the next week to get an update a Mike answered, and told me that the car wasnt even on the lot. The car most likely had been sold, and that we had no rights to the car, and he had no idea what I was even talking about. His attitude was atrocious, and really speaks volumes about the company. Most unprofessional individual I have ever dealt with. All in all I really am disappointed with the lack of communication between management and employees there. But most importantly honesty!! I understand if they did not want to do business with me or what have you, but completely lying to me, and on top of that screaming at me through the phone, makes me never want to do business with them again. Now i understand why most of their reviews have been so negative. Its risky business for sure!

I saw a truck on social media listed. I did check consumer reports on that type of car and called my mechanic to ask his opinion of that model. Checked Reviews on All Approved and decided to go look at it . Granted some of the cars on the lot are a little rough but if you are buying a car under 2,000 you are taking a gamble with any car lot or private sale.I purchased a Honda CRV with 170,000 miles for 3999. I love it and it drives great. Erin was my salesperson .She was helpful and no nonsense .Explained the process, interest, and the fact you have to carry full coverage until the cars paid off. I think you can do good here if you walk in with a plan and use google to check consumer reviews on the model/year of your car. Will recommend to others.

Very nice customer service. Daniel was our salesman. He was very informative on the whole visit. The reason for four stars is because when we went on the market place to look for vehicles we were misinformed about where we were going to buy the car. We actually wanted to buy from a person and not a dealership to avoid the dealership fees and taxes. Another then that everything else I have no complaints of. I just think if youre a dealership you need to say you are a dealership so after the 30-minute Drive there wouldnt be anything unexpected.

We found the car on marketplace and contacted the dealership. Dave was my contact person we texted back and forth and he even sent me more photos so I could see any dents or scrapes. He held the car for me as we drove across the state to see the car. The car looked exactly as the pictures showed. We took it for a test drive and after a little negotiations drove it home. Ralph was also part of the negotiations and was very easy to deal with. I enjoyed my dealing with the dealership and both Dave and Ralph and am loving my car!!

Drove one hour for a specific vehicle that they indicated they had on the lot only to find out they sold it a while ago. They indicated the guy they have doing the vehicle marketing is not always up to date online. Big selection of questionable vehicles based on the conditions I saw and no parking easily available.

Stay away. The prices are ok, but the fees will hurt you. Plus when we bought a car there, we were willing to pay for repairs but they wouldnt fix it. They declined our offer to pay for them to fix a car they sold us. Shop around. Prices vary and so do the devils in the details.

First i I just want to say how amazing Barbra is. She was so patient and took her time for a week or more to help us. False advertisement!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER PLACE! Found a vehicle from here on facebook marketplace that said everything runs and works perfect. Price was $950. Messaged the guy to confirm of price and any issues that needed fix. We set up a time to meet and after letting him I was on my way he deleted post and blocked me from messaging him. A couple hours later my wife went back on marketplace and saw the ad back up. Did some research to find the dealer place and called them up. Asked about the car and they false advertised and told me the car $1950! Which did not include taxes and fees. After reading the most of the other bad reviews we will not be persueing this vehicle or any other vehicle for the matter. Run away from this dealer place!! Lousy business or to scam you of your money and time. A report has also been made on Facebook marketplace.

Bought a vehicle September 2017 from Approved Auto Works in Fort Pierce the guy Mike that was the manager was severely rude and disrespectful. Made an agreement in writing through offer up for $1,250 out the door to include tax tag title fees and all, I paid the $1250 in cash. They issued me a temp tag when I had a tag to transfer which should not have been done. Then charged me an additional $110 for tax Tag and Title after it was included in the original selling fee which I have in writing. They are rude disrespectful rip off company they screw over everybody that buys from them. The vehicle broke down two days after we bought it out of town guess that is why they only sale AS IS.. We had to have it repaired weve had numerous things that had to be replaced and now they are charging additional fees when they agreed to one single fee for everything its only $110 but this company will screw you over for anything. As mike threatened me when i questioned the additional fee when it was supposed to be included was told He would suspend my licenses if i didnt pay his additional fee while he also held my title hostage. Buyer beware do not buy from this company they are horrible.

My coworker bought her car on 11/2 and 11/4 it was at the mechanic with a blown radiator and significant engine damage. Over 2k worth of repairs. According to the mechanic, the car should never have been sold as gas was leaking into the engine and the radiator was broken which they tried to cover up using a metal clamp to hold the hose together instead of replacing it. Now, she is without a car and out almost 3k dollars two days after buying it. Do NOT buy a car from them - theres a reason why they offer to do repairs at cost. They are selling you cars with the knowledge that they have significant issues.
