I had a 10:20 am appointment, and my wife had a 10:30 am appointment. After waiting in the Drive-Thru for over an hour and a half I noticed cars getting out of the lane. I finally pulled up to the window and the drive-thru was completely closed. I am so very disappointed of the inconvenience this place has caused me and not even receiving a text or an email. I called the store and no one was picking up. I tried to do the right thing and not to go inside the store especially when I tested positive before. This is not the first incident Ive had at this store. If I could give this place a zero star I would!
The pharmacy is not likely to answer the phone for a long long time.
The pharmacist Mazda is extremely rude and unwelcoming. She refused to give my fiancé her covid vaccine and told her she’s not doing it and to come back when someone else is here because she’s refusing to do it and she refused to give us a reason as to why. She is very rude, and very condescending. She also REFUSED to give me her name after I told her I would be calling the corporate office. How does a pharmacist who fills prescriptions refuse to give out her name? This lady is so rude, my fiance was already signed up to do the shot, she walked in and sat down to wait to get her shot and the pharmacist walked up and told her she needed to move and we said that she was extremely rude. DO NOT GO HERE
Horrible Phamacy… and truly sad because our community depends on them
Rudest pharmacist ever. She had the nerve to tell me they don’t take paper scripts as it was a controlled. The pharmacist slams the drive trough phone down and walked away, the tech never came back to the window. I will make it my mission to make this woman loose her job. I called another CVS was told that’s not true.
I went to this CVS Pharmacy when it opened after having prescriptions sent electronically from the Emergency Room. I went inside so I could let them know that I would be waiting for them to fill them and the person behind the counter said that it would not be ready until after 1:00pm. I said that I could not wait that long because I was in pain and she said Do you see anyone else here? I am the only person here and there is no one here that can fill the prescriptions. I asked if another CVS would be able to fill them and she said they would. At this point I left and went to another location that was able to assist me. How was I supposed to know if she was a technician or a pharmacist. I always used that location and I had never seen her before. The polite thing to do would have been to say that a pharmacist would not be in until 1:00 but that another location could help me. This person was very rude, unprofessional and does not need to be working in this type of position.
I went with my mom today for her to get her 2nd Covid shot and she had made her appointments 1 month prior, we are waiting in line because the nurse didnt show up and there is a ridiculously long line. It doesnt matter if we had an appointment or not, they arent helping us. Why have the option to schedule when you dont even use it???After over an hour she is finally in line to get the shot. The line we were in previously was to check in despite already doing so online an hour ago.
Great experience 3/9/21 getting my first covid vaccine. Very organized and helpful staff. Well done. Appointment was 11 am, received shot at 11 am. Thanks
I purchased ice cream that turned out to be stale with freezer burn. It cost me $11.00 dollars. I had the receipt from less than 24 hours ago. The shift supervisor insisted there was nothing wrong with it, (as if I wanted to drive a half hour to bring back good ice cream) and she refused to refund the purchase. She was arrogant, rude, and wrong not to refund a product that was defective. Horrible experience. Also, their Pharmacy runs out of medications routinely and they dont call to let you know.
Support has gone down hill recently with slow prescription refill like days wait cova effect most likely
I will be changing pharmacy.everytime you call your on hold for a ridiculous amount of time.this has been a ongoing problem.today was 1 hour and I finally had to hang up.
This CVS has a “shift Manager” that goes by the name of “BILLIE” who refused to give me her last name or that of the Managers of the store. I was there yesterday to purchase items totaling $128 and change. I paid cash. Today I realized that one of the “ readers” by Foster Grant” that we purchased was damaged. I returned today without a receipt to exchange them. The eyewear was $36. The cashier recognized me and was willing to exchange them until this RUDE BILLIE person decided that it was the store policy to not exchange any items without a receipt despite her employee advising her that he remembered me from the day before. I cannot believe that CVS would have this type of individual employed and least of all as any type of Manager. The lack of professionalism and interest in dealing with a customers concerns were appalling. In this time where everyone needs support, this particular CVS in Ft Pierce should really consider retraining their shift managers and specifically terminating this BILLIE”. The cashier that was present today. 9/20/20 at 4:30 PM should be rewarded for his kindness and customer service. I did not get his name unfortunately. He was embarrassed at her behavior. I will call the store tomorrow to speak with MIKE who supposedly is the store Manager. Maybe he will exhibit better service!
I love each and individual person that works here. They are all extremely helpful especially the 2 pharmacists I always talk to. They know me personally on a first name basis. I will never change unless I have to.
They never answer their phone for the pharmacy. Have been on hold for over 30 minutes, 2 times in two day. They are rude and disrespectful when you ask a question. The girl gave me information on a drug that could have overdosed me.
Pharmacy team is so efficient and nice! Pharmacist is trying to do his best all the time, care about giving the patient their medications correctly with no mistakes! But they are soooo short staffed, they have huge volume with almost no help! So unfair!
Worst pharmacy experience ever. NO STARS!I was told by one of the pharmacist to pick up prescription at a certain time. When I called to make sure ready, another pharmacist answered phone. When I asked him if my pick up was ready as per Ashley the pharmacist who directed me to pick up he said he did not understand me. So I asked to speak with someone that maybe could understand. He replied I’m not going to fill your prescription and hung up on me. I then called the CVS corporate number and they told me no worries just go pick it up they spoke with him and all is fine. When I got there it was completely the opposite. He refused to wait on me. My husband and I considering this a possible hate crime and we are considering emphatically filing a lawsuit against this pharmacist, pharmacy and cvs. If you do not have the same religious or ethnic persuasion as this particular pharmacist, I would stay clear of this pharmacy absolutely. We have never seen anything like us in our entire lives. I’ve been a CVS Member for as long as I can remember. But I will never return to this pharmacy again. And I advise that no one does.
If I could give it no stars I definitely would I would literally rather die then go back to this pharmacy worst experience and unprofessional staff ever this location should not be open to the public Pharmacist needs to get whatever license or certificate he has revoked immediately Mr. RAMY Tried to tell me that I did not get a prescription which I clearly have a prescription bottle with that pharmacies location on it trying to say I never filled out there and then told me that I needed to just go to a completely different location when I’ve been going there for quite some time and have been getting my prescriptions filled and now all the sudden it was an issue which is a psych med that I need for seizures but he didn’t seem to care at all pretty much told me to leave.
Don’t use this pharmacy if you expect any form of customer service. Phones are never answered, and when they are you’ll get conflicting information. Still waiting (three weeks later) to refill my prescription.
Im currently on the phone with them, actually they have me on hold! Its been 27 mins so far. How is this ok?
I waited around for days for my prescription to find out that they don’t accept my insurance anymore. The professional way would’ve been to call and inform me of what’s going on and offer me a plan B. Also when I called they were very rude. Highly Unsatisfied.
Always has my prescription in a timely manner. Pharmacy looks for coupons online for my prescription every time. I get a better deal than any discount program can offer.
Supposed to get prescription in by Friday and let me know. Nothing as of Saturday! Already closed 5:55 pm. How does it take one week to get medications?
The pharmacy never picks up the phones first cvs I dealt with thats so irresponsible or so lazy..
Staff is very friendly and helpful. Pharmacy staff always efficient.🌞
This Pharmacy is always out of medicine and tells me can u wait a week. Ahhhh no. How about order more medicine this is the third time in 1 mo.
Friendly, helpful staff. I dont know about the pharmacy, but the store on the whole is organized and carries most of the items Ive ever needed.
Nice staff. Got great help and ideas in photo center.
I dropped off a script at 2:45 PM and they told me It will not be ready for more than 24 hours! 3:00PM the next day. The prescription was from the ER. My husband was in pain from a bad fall.
Nicole is a problem ... She has an attitude issue. I was just trying to get my medz ....i already had a tough day i didnt need her unpleasant NONSENSE ATTITUDE .... HOWEVER THE PHARMACIST WAS VERY HELPFUL AFTERWARDS BY DEALING WITH MY MEDS AND ALSO GOING THE EXTRA MILE TO TRANSFER MY MEDS BACK TO MY ORIGINAL PHARMACY WHEN READY ... AS MUCH AS HE COULD ... I LEFT HAPPY BUT IRRITATED NICOLE CASHIER IN THE PHARMACY DEPARTMENT. (It was my first visit to this store as my doctors sent it to the wrong pharmacy.) Hopefully my last .
The pharmacy never has the drugs on hand when needed. Dont waste your time going there.
Pharmacy was miserable! My husband is a week out of the hospital for knee replacement and when we went to get the prescription filled they treated us like we were drug addicts. Then said they would have it in 5 to 6 days. They didnt have it in stock. Ridiculous!
Terrible place....GO SOMEWHERE ELSE OR GO WITHOUT....Terrible place, slow, very ineffective
During our 10 years in Florida we have used three CVS pharmacies: 58th Ave & 20th St in Vero; 53rd St & US-1 in Vero, and this one. The first two have been outstanding. No question, this one, 1891N US-1, is the worst - slow service onsite, barely competent staff, prescriptions not ready when promised. If the other two werent nearly 15 miles away we would still use them - in fact, we still might.
Every time I call this pharmacy they keep my waiting over 45 minutes. Thats unacceptable! I will reach out to their corporate office. Service is horrible
Went to the store 3 different times and never could get a medicine that was prescribed from my sons doctor.
Wait time unreasonable. Called in at noon. They said it would be ready by 3. Got there at 3 and had to wait an additional hour!
