Very unhappy. After buying a custom quartz slab from one of C and L’s vendors it came in broken. Being on a tight deadline with our contractor we were told to go to their other warehouses asap to find something similar. We couldn’t find anything we liked. We went to a local granite wholesaler in Palm City and got a piece for $1500 that would be big enough for our project and match our new kitchen cabinets. We had c and l fabricate it and they marked up our slab to $6k!!! Basically we got punished for not buying from them even though they were the ones that had a broken slab. Will Never use again. Overpriced and understaffed. Have to beg for prices, sizes, appointments and to get a return phone call.

My sales person was Yadira. She was vary helpful during the whole process of picking out my granite, and the pricing. The gentlemen that came out to make the templet for the granite was very polite and new what he was doing. The guys that came out to do the install wear also very polite and new exactly what to do. THE OUT COME WAS BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS. Thank you every one at C&L Florida

I just had these guys install my kitchen counter tops and they look fantastic. Though I had an issue with the measuring at the initial estimate, when I brought it to their attention they were quick to correct the error and handled everything very professionally. It took less than two weeks to get everything measured and installed and they came all the way out to west PSL for me. The granite is absolutely beautiful and at a fraction of what you would pay at home depot. I would highly recommend them to my friends.

The customer service rep I felt with, once she had secured the deposit, did not promptly return my calls, and was evasive in her responses. Worse, however, was the workmanship of the cutters and installerers. One of the pieces to be installed was 3/4” too short. Another had an incorrect angle and the installer kept trying to tell me it was ok. The final quality of the installation was poor, lacking appropriate slant for water to drain, used clear caulk rather than caulk that matched the countertop and failed completely to caulk in some places. Overall, not a quality job!
