I spoke to James, who is very professional at Real Stone to match the green marble on a buffet in our dining room that Real Stone made and installed years ago.We had a matching buffet built to match the original in our dining room. James had the same color of marble to match exactly. Real Stone and Granite installed all natural stone in our kitchen and 3 bathrooms. The job is absolutely beautiful and everyone who has seen it has been very complimentary.The Real Stone staff was extremely helpful in picking out just the right materials and their design suggestions added awesome custom features that we wouldn’t have come up with on our own.We couldn’t be happier.

Erroneous measurement of the space so the sink cut out was off.Installers chipped the counter top during installation.The fix was a R&R, but owner kept on gas-lighting us.They put some color mismatched filler on the chip, and threw some caulk in the uneven sink joints (which all came out and leaked).Not impressed and would not recommend.

The professionalism of Real Stone from inception to completion is definitely a 5 star rating.Their attention to detail is in my opinion, what differentiates their operation to other competitors. Their vast selection of granite and other stone surfaces, provides a variety that will address the theme you wish to create.

It started out rocky - But in the end, we have two very nice small countertop pieces installed (roughly 8-10 sq/ft of granite). I took off of work 4 days, 2 of those were re-scheduled after the appointment time came and went in which I sat waiting for the crew. When they finally arrived late on Monday, (4 hours after my scheduled time for install), one of the pieces had an edge that was cut wrong. They installed one piece and had to return the other to be fixed. Again, when they came back with the piece fixed, there was a mix up on the appointment time. Jose informed me they would be at my house between 8:00am-8:30am. After several calls that morning trying to figure out why the installers were not here, they arrived several hours later, close to noon. Jose never returned my call. It was a very frustrating experience for us. Maybe we caught them on an off week. I dont know. Diane was able to help us through the situation, along with Dina. They gave us a partial refund for all the trouble.

Over the past 20 years I have used Real Stone & Granite many many times for both my personal and business needs, that total into the tens of thousands of dollars. I have found Jose Ubilia the president/owner of Real Stone & Granite to be one of the most honorable people that I have done business with in the past 44 years. As an example of his Integrity and Honesty Mr. Ubilia replaced an $18,000.00 granite top on an outdoor kitchen that he believed cracked and failed due to a fabrication issue, and this was five years after the original installation. We are building a new home and was referred to Real Stone & Granite for their excellent fabrication shop. We had already purchased our granite for our kitchen when we visited their facility but found hundreds of remnants to choose from for the rest of our home at very affordable prices. They also have lots of slabs to choose from too. We were greeted by Diane, the office manager, who truly makes you feel welcomed and helps you in any way she can. Jim, our sales associate was cheerful also. Our granite was installed and overseen by Elvaro, the VP of the company and he ensured everything was exactly as we had hoped. After our job was installed and completed our kitchen cabinet installer accidentally cracked our granite. I immediately called Real Stone & Granite thinking we would have to replace that entire piece but to my surprise I was put thru to Jose Ubilla, the owner of the company. He later told me he heard the stress in my voice on the phone and wanted to come over and see for himself what could be done. He was there within two hours with two of his fabricators and the crack was repaired to the point that if you didnt know it was there you would not be able to notice it. Our heartfelt thank you goes out to the team at Real Granite & Stone and to Mr. Ubilla for taking such an interest in making our bad situation right. We cant thank you enough for your outstanding customer service and craftsmanship.
