Clean. Some Nice crew others need to work on their c.s. I know why I hade to wait to get a key to the bathroom. Left before my child had a accident because she decided its more important to talk to o other crew person..

The manager and sales associate that was on duty were absolutely a delight. had me laughing the whole time I was there but were also very helpful and courteous.. normally I go to the one closer to my home but so glad I stopped in here. I will definitely go back..

Every time i go in to this store, some of the employees are talking loudly. They always using vulgar language. Cursing and the store is always full of boxes and items in the way of walking safely around the store.I did not want to give it a star. Though that is the only way i can post.

The young man who cashed me out was very nice and well-mannered.

Workers were nice and the store was nice and clean and well stocked.

I have 2 comments about this store; first one is:This store is very clean, organized, and stocked. The male employees are very friendly and courteous. I am greeted and smiled at. They suggestively sell products and give me a simple thank you. The females on the other hand; esp. the asst. manager does not and will not do any of those things. Maybe because I reported her to the manager. All I get is a look and not much more. I give them a 4 only because of the female customer relations I get when I frequent this store. Sorry guys but, you keep up the good work.The second one is:I applied for a job back in October, had to refile because of the lies I received from the hiring manager. Which include; setting up interviews and not being in the store when I arrived. For that I was told they did not have my phone number to cancel or reschedule when I made sure it was listed with them. Interview was rescheduled many times during family issues, store audits, and any other issue that arose. Then during that time i was told that another manager would do my onboard paperwork. Never happened, more excuses but, its funny that a female was hired during all these so called issues. Went back in to see what was happening in December was told I needed a second interview. Never happened, as well as the job. So in conclusion I will continue to shop here but, will not apply at another family dollar store if this is any indication of how they are run.

They are the most unprofessional, vulgar rudest people I have ever encountered. I went to another family dollar in the same town. They concurred there were numerous complaints regarding the store. The cashier claimed to be the store manager. Gave a fake name. Also the store is disgustingly filthy, and completely unorganized. Don’t go here. They also refused to give the district managers name. Worst experience ever.

Ive visited this location twice today and all the employees were very helpful and polite. Clean store and always great prices.

They have no type of organization boxes all over the store that should be stocked in their places but their not, everything is just all unorganized and should be cleaned and organized ASAP !!

No one in this store cares about organization, cleanliness, or customer service. On my last visit, shelves were barren due to negligence of employees who should be stocking, juice was on the floor and was sticking to my shoes because no one cleaned it up, and the woman who was running the register was on her phone the entire time. Managers here are just as bad as the regular employees and are either nowhere in sight or too lazy to do their job right. And to top it off, a lot of what I bought there, I could have bought cheaper at Walmart. Not happy with this store. Family Dollar in general is a fine store, but this location is extremely unorganized and unprofessional.

I love to shop there it is very affordable also very convenient and the employees very friendly and thats it and one day I hope I get a job there and plus shop there

The manager was polite and helful..its rare these days to find great customer service anywhere.

I dont expect much when i go in a family dollar. The the cashier was way more interested in his phone and who he was texting then getting the line down. There were six of us in line. I was in line longer then i was shopping by far.

I bought school supplies because a $5 coupon was offered i added the coupon on.ur website but at the regisator my number was not found so i had to pay full peice i had no intentions in purchasing school supplies the reasom i did was because of the coupon but i couldnt get it because the system wasnt recognizing my # very disappointing

Open when nobody else is. One guy working kept a good sense of humor and moved the line along fast.

Firstly I was hung up on !!! I bought a swiffer wet jet which was not put in my bag and given to me because I looked in my car I looked in the parking lot there was no swiffer wet jet at my house nowhere then I called there and the lady that answered the phone rushed me off the phone being very inprofessional and very rude. I show up at 9:50 and the store was closed. I will not be shopping here again
