If youre looking for dusty items, rushed service, and unappreciation for your business, then this is the place for you. Had to stop in real quick to pick up a few items, and was told twice that they were about to lock the doors. God forbid you have to stay an extra 3 mins to help a customer. It takes less than that to make a customer feel happy, or make them not want to come back. This ACE succeeded in making me not want to come back.

Service was great. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.I must say that the marine plywood that they sold me is some of the prettiest plywood I have ever seen! I hate to even paint it.

When this store first opened the employees were so helpful and friendly. I go in there often for my husband when hes working on a project or working on our boat. Now the men in there act as if its such a bother to help me if I ask a question or need help. I avoid Ace Ft. Pierce unless I am desperate. Ill drive out to Home Depot where I can ask for help & they gladly give it!!

Helpful staff, clean store, fairly priced.

The store is convenient for us but I don’t go there often because of the higher prices. Not a lot of selections as it is small. Maybe free daily delivery would help. Why not?

They have a lot of the quirky stuff that big box stores dont. But their prices are higher than those stores.

Home town people had it for many years always have what we need

I find that most of the employees are not very friendly and dont seem interested in assisting you. If you have more than one or two questions, they seem to get annoyed and impatient. The atmosphere is anything but welcoming. So, I drive to a big box store where I get sporadic help but at least they have much lower prices and employees who try to help.

I was recently in the Port St. Lucie Ace hardware store and Id like to say that the Fort Pierce Ace hardware is much much much more helpful than they were. I am not sure about any other Ace hardware stores. But comparing these two they are day and night difference.

THE STORE IS A LOT BIGGER THAN IT LOOKS.. THEY HAVE A LARGE SELECTION OF HARDWARE ITEMS AND CLOSE TO THE ISLAND RESIDENTS
