Employees are kinda rude and if returning anything make sure you have a receipt or a 20% discount will be applied in the stores favor of course so that makes a almost $20.00 item refund turns into an almost $10.00 refund Instead, not to happy or satisfied.

I mainly shop the kitchen . The selection of small appliances and gadgets and storage systems is awesome. I got my Kitchen Aid and meat grinder at the Fort Smith, AR store.

The store was clean and well organized. Went there to look at comforter sets, but they didnt have a large selection for king size bedding.

Bought an Ugg pillow - Which I LOVED. When I got to the checkout, they removed the pillow that was inside and said I was buying just the sham. I feel like I was totally ripped off and am not coming back to this store, again!

Be careful where you buy things... I was able to buy the pillow pad for $19.95 here at Bed Bath and Beyond.. when I had looked at Walmart and they were $29.95. the quality of merchandise here far exceeds Walmart.

Customer service was not good. The pick up line for online orders was not being enforced so I waited a long time in the regular line. When I asked the attendant why the online pick up line isnt being used, she said I dont know I am new and laughed. I wasted my lunch break

I stayed outside, as my wife would spend hours inside smelling everything, and buying one of everything. At least that is how it always felt to me.The store is well laid out and the people are really friendly. They always seemed to have a sale that my wife always just had to get something of.I always remember her coming out of the store with more bags that she could carry and smelled like every candle and flora shop around... lol.

They are so service-oriented. Thats very hard to find these days.

Purchased a wedding registry gift and did the free gift wrapping. An employee told me that the store is discontinuing the free wrapping sometime this month. Thats too bad - its a great perk. The website registry is up-to-date but the store registry list still showed items available that I knew had been purchased by others.

Ive loved this place for years and years..I can find more than what i really need in their store, ALWAYS. We went in to get items for our pooch, Lilly, because we heard they were having a sale on things we would like for her. They were out of everything in her size. We were disappointed, but not for long. An associate helped us find something for her online and had it shipped to our home, with free shipping! I cant say enough about what a great experience this was. Their customer service is top notch!

Very cool things to look at. Went in looking for a salt grinder and found a few in different price ranges. To me its a bit pricey but still very cool things to look at that other stores dont carry.

So let me ask you this Question? what good is your staff to me as a customer if there not concern about why I came to your store to shop in the first place? where is your care for customers Service? And if I wanted to order it on line I would have done so already, why would I need to drive across town to your store if I wanted to just order on line ? Your staff was much more concerned about the order in which your shelves were looking And their arrangements than your customers needing Some assistance or help and I was not Satisfied with your Staff service . One of my most favorite shopping stores is the bed and bath & beyond I absolutely love these doors in the one in fort Smith Arkansas surpasses all my applications I can certainly recommend anybody to go to that store and you will absolutely love what you see the prices are great the people that work there are awesome its just all around a wonderful place to go shopping
